I'd move the two beams supporting the m-board in the opposite direction of the RaspPi, and re-adjust the top hold down.  It looks to me like they are they are too close to the "front" edge, and if you want to move them back there's probably a good 6 inches or so to spare in that direction.

Also, there should be sufficient room to route the PSU cables under the m-board - they shouldn't need to snake around the RPi like that.

That looks really good.  How well does the case hold the h-boards steady?

What's the footprint of this case?  Trying to figure out what fits where in a smallish wiring closet.

H x W x D: 8.5 x 21.125 x 9.5 inches

Actually I think that is going to make things more difficult - the cables come out the back of the PSU.  With the PSU on the other side, the RPi will end up being in the path of the cables.   I guess we'll see soon enough...

I see that v2 of the m-board is different than the previous one in regards to mounting the raspberry pi. Do you think it will be necessary to move the PSU to the opposite side and if so how easy it for us to do this on our own. I presume the case comes assembled with the PSU mount point on the left, no?

Yes, I've switched the placement of the PSU to the opposite side.

For all of the cases shipped so far, all you have to do (basically) is move the PSU post, PSU hold-down beam and the two nuts that are used to fasten the beam to the posts, all of which should take less than 5 minutes.

How is the case production going? How far are you into your order queue?

The queue is getting shorter.   Grin

Working as hard as I can to get them shipped asap...

Btw, what shipping company are you using? I hope to god it's not UPS as they rape us with customs brokerage fees over here in Canada.

I always use the USPS when shipping internationally.

...this should be default info whenever you sell physical goods, as for example to me it can make a 24% difference in the actual price I end up paying before I have the product in hand.
