what is the point of the plastic end caps?  is it to replace the screws as an alternative?  For the large atx mining tray pictured on your website, does it come with the gpu support beams or does it have to be purchased separately?

The mining trays (actually, all of my trays built from 15mm square extrusions) now ship with plastic tabs to fasten the PSUs directly to the extrusion:

For the next few weeks, I will only be offering the mining trays with painted aluminum sheeting for $95:

Bump for Spotswood.

Just finished assembling the custom cases you made for me. They look great and really saved me a lot of time and effort.  I look forward to doing more business with you in the future   Smiley

New pic to show PSU placement and GPU spacing.  Obviously, a lower CPU cooler would allow room for 6 GPUs to be mounted. Grin

Excellent work. I am quite impressed by the quality (judging by the pictures alone) of your work. I'm wondering though if you would be willing to design a custom case for the Bitfury ASIC mining rigs? See this thread for dimensions on each component: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2674063

Yes.  Looks interesting.

Cool. Consider me your future customer Smiley

allinvain, Please send me a PM of your requirements and thoughts of what a case for these ASICs should look like.

Mining trays can now be purchased with extra tall posts so two trays can be stacked at the perfect height in order to be cooled by a standard 20-inch box fan.

I'd buy one, but buying these would make my mining rig ROI go through the roof. :/

These trays are targeted for individuals who might not be comfortable with installing their mining rig in a DIY case, or for those who prefer to use a high-quality manufactured (no modifications/additions are required for use), stackable, open-air case that can hold two PSUs and six widely-spaced suspended graphics cards, that could eventually be easily re-sold as a test bench.   Grin

Reduced the price of the prototype dual-PSU tray from $75 to $65 plus whatever the actual UPS shipping charge is from NH.  PayPal only.
