Anyone who sends bitcoin for that watch without escrow is a world class idiot. Needing bitcoin fast? Need your ass down to a pawn shop where he'll tell you to take your fake watch and GTFO. Then sell your real items for cashish.

Problem is it would need to be verified as real and not fake so unless you met buyer at jewellery shop and they verified you will have a problem selling especially without escrow.
You would probably just be better selling this locally through ebay or directly to a jeweller then buy bitcoin with the money.
