So, it has died once again? Well, I wouldn´t count it out yet, it has only used up about 500 lives so far and
there´s plenty left until the year 2140 at least.
Yeah how can we say that as dead. Now only bitcoin journey has started.. nite and more miles are there after. It won't die so fast.
i think you are right, bitcoin cant just die right now when there are a lot of miners who are willing to mine bitcoins and provide people with the supply

i hope that people interest in bitcoin will never die and bitcoin will become huge in a few years thus making the price go up and making me a lot of money for holding it

yeah people always predicting that is dead and they are always wrong i doubt that we should pay too much attention to them as they usually dont know that bitcoin will never die ever

i think that the price of the bitcoin will soon recover as the bitcoin block reward halving is coming and it will surely push the price significantly up

Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
yes i know bitcoin would die,but now now and not this month or this year,if you think Etherum or other can make bitcoin die,its need more than 5 years,i'm sure about that.

Bitcoin is not going anywhere atleast for 2 more decades as bitcoin is still in its younger stage and it will take some more time to grow, so we need to have patience to see better bitcoin in future.

Seeing this thread Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure...i wonder really ? can it ever happen.
i dont think so it can ever happen , even in dreams. Bitcoin has come so far and is growth cannot be stopped now.

Yes bitcoin is in growing stage now and it is really difficult to see bitcoin dieing not in this decade atleast, and I think bitcoin will reach to its highest value in coming years.

I will start thinking Bitcoin is dead when I need to exchange my Bitcoins to other altcoin when I using (spending) my Bitcoins. Not happening today. All I see some altcoin prices up (some > 10x in few months), yet their real useability is almost the same - clear sign of speculation bubble to me.

Altcoin is being used by holders and some altcoin's dev as a way to earn profit quickly, there are barely anyone who use those altcoin as currency.

Actually im not sure if OP is just trolling and depicting the average "blockchain without Bitcoin" moronic discourse or he is actually a retard of such magnitude. Let's just hope this is only satire, otherwise you can join the group at bitcoinobituaries.com, number 101 is up.

People that actually believe this sort of FUD clearly never step into the bitcoin dev irc chats.

Care to share what's going on over there? Just for curiosity's sake.

bitcoin and its one million lives are a legend around here.

nothing could weaken bitcoin's strength so far and it has been going on more powerful than ever. just looking at the daily volume of the exchangers proves this.

How many of these exchanges are for illegal goods or services? I find it hard to spend bitcoin being completely honest.

I don't believe bitcoin will be mainstream anytime soon. A LOT of the posts on here have people saying they're holding there bitcoin for the future. That's not the route that should be taken to make it a currency.

I have a theory about bitcoin I'll start a thread with later and I'd like to get everyone's opinion on.

Clam is much more dead than bitcoin, but nobody makes a topic about it. Why? Because nobody has an interest in convincing people is it dead. The only reason to try to convince people is because it is not true. this is a bitcoin forum.

Fixed.

Bitcoin doesn't need continuous marketing and development as of now as it is already a marketleader but it needs some developers always reamain in back and can contribute when it is needed. And we all know there are few developers in bitcoin from start till now. No any alts gonna dominate crypto world as bitcoin will always remain king of crypto space.  Wink
