I rather be hot then cold.

More hot weather = more beach time = more girls with more skin.

Even off the beach, they wear skimpy shorts etc. Wink

When's this shit goin' to end? Now, it looks like I'm goin' have trouble sleeping with that night heatwave a comin'.

And, it's now looks like I'm goin' be freezin' my ass off tonight, not to mention showers turnin' to rain come Sunday.
Now you are definitely loosing to London on the weather scale, that really does suck.
Also, still using stupid imperial.

he's probably being sarcastic. i thought chicago was super hot in the summer though. seems like there's inclement weather there.

Yes I was! These temps are subnormal, and Chicago isn't SUPER HOT in the summer, though it had its years.

Lol. Last time I was in Chicago was in 2005 during the record setting heatwave that was killing off all the old people. And the last time I was in the midwest, I was in Iowa during the winter of 2009-2010 during a major cold snap where the temps were plunging down below -40F. From what people were saying, it was the coldest winter they'd seen there since the 1930's. Seems like every time I travel to the middle of the country, it's during an extreme in their weather cycle. Lucky me Tongue

75 F= 23.8 Celsius
66 F = 18.88 Celsius

Is this supposed to be hot or cold? Unless you live in the desert or in the Polar zone, can't find why you find it cold or hot

Oh, I see now, it is highest and lowest temperature of day.
I wouldn't say 24 Celsius/75 Fahrenheit is unbearable.

It is 85 Fahrenheit in here atm, makes you sweat if you walk but not unbearable.
I would love if it would be 65-70 Fahrenheit all the time.

For me 85 Fahrenheit+ means writing the day off of all productivity, too hot also for beach unless its cloudy.

I agree on 65-70 all the time would be perfect.

Normally its 85-105 all summer here in Arkansas, but this year i don't think its topped 90 all summer. I remember thinking how weird it was that this summer was so cool. Rained alot too, which is unusual.

And, it all started when those two giant holes opened up in Russia.

Goddamn stupid Imperial measurements though, America is basically the only country in the world that uses imperial.
The UK uses imperial for distances but not mass or temperature.
Imperial temperature makes no sense either, its based on the boiling and freezing points of brine, who even uses brine? let alone not having the freezing point at 0...
stupid Imperial Measurements.

We're trying to convert outta Imperial, starting with Imperial Margarine: weight in kgs, and fat content measured in grams.

Also, our utilities are metered.

IMO this is isn't that much. I can remember last year when we had days on which it was around 40 Celsius. That was a fun time.
This year it is cloudy/rainy, doesn't really feel like summer.
