It should be quality rather than quantity. Anyone can spam many posts but that doesn't mean they should get the bonus. Give the bonus to the person who makes the most quality posts.

Can I ask you what do you mean by top posters? I checked last period's participants, you gave these bonuses to users who posted in forum the most rather than the best quality.
Do you think 90 medium quality posts are better than 53 high quality posts?
