I don't believe this could be a reason. If he wants to send us payment, he can do it without Bitcointalk account.

Haha! Exactly, crap excuses for sure. Likely because their CellBlocks Token Sale has failed that's why no funds to pay us.. Scam project.

this is a purely lie message when they said that payment is starting but after 2 days no one still recieve nothing..i guess REPUTATION THREAD WILL DO BETTER FOR THIS..we do everything for this campaign but after Pre sale had started They LEFT US WAITING FOR NOTHING,,we gve them trust.but they gave us failure
