correct but im sure there is reason, maybe they know that 5 bitcoins cant pay everyone so they wanna leave early
If that was the case, it seems to me that they might as well have not returned to the campaign at all, or at least ended it earlier by themselves (like, a week ago). I mean, even now, the maximum payout would be something along the lines of 6 bitcoins - considering ~30 users left in the sig campaign, all paid at Senior Member level, and assuming everyone makes the (technical) maximum of 200 constructive posts - all in all unlikely.

How would the absence of a statement saying they "wanna continue" breach any contract?
I have agreed to pay advertisers using the 5 BTC I hold in escrow in the event that DB don't pay. I don't see any reason to go back on that.

What I did has nothing to do with this. This is Dooglus' part and he decided to follow the campaign rules. Also, Dooglus cannot pay out right now, because DiceBitco.in said they will continue the campaign and pay out at the end of the month (see the quote posted above).
