Feedback: This is a step that I think is easy to understand, but if you wish, you can only try to apply the gas fee once. So, it feels more comfortable.

I'd request same, no harm in making it optional.

Big thanks for taking the initiative even before the official post! I was genuinely surprised to see you've already completed your contract. Your feedback is much appreciated, and I've released the funds from the escrow contract.

Noted on the bell size - we'll look into making it more noticeable. As for the email alerts: I had initially thought of setting up a separate SMTP server for that, but my preference for maximum user privacy held me back. However, if more users request this feature, I'll definitely consider adding it. It could help, especially if users aren't checking Zenland all the time.

You are supposed to update your application post instead of making new one, it's already mentioned in ann and will be easier for zenland team to take care of entries.
