I received it, I try to send the money but I called paypal now and they told me that i cant send money from my balance to foreign countries, i am in Slovenia, Tomorrow i will go to bank and get a credit card, meanwhile i will use my friend's credit card to send you your funds it will take 2 hours max, i hope you can excuse me
