Interesting Topics and I wish the Canadian gov't were as diligent in it's efforts on our behalf. Though I wish they hadn't brought in the AML and KYC. Getting registered on CAVIRTEX is a pain.

Is there any chat service that is 100% secure, and encrypted chat that no government can track? I have nothing really to hide, but I like the fact that there is something out there that the government cant control.

I would've thought any public chat wouldn't be 100% secure, unless you were encrypting every message.
