Any project that guarantees that their coin will cross certain amount in USD, is very suspicious. A legit project will never make price related guarantees or even predictions.

I highly recommend users do not participate in this campaign until the OP escrows the funds. There is a high chance you will not receive payment.
I agree with this 100%. Looks sketchy to begin with and with no escrow, the chance of not getting paid is way too high. Watch out, guys.
