Thanks for your concerns but I have been in contact with the wtcr.ca seller who has offered a deal close enough to what I can find the card priced at my local computer store. He stated the manufacturers rebate may still be valid if I bought it from wtcr.ca. I will check with Gigabyte tomorrow to make sure however I would still be interested in the card at this point without the mail-in rebate.

Ah, now I see. I use cgminer for mining, not sure if I could split hash from the bigger 1150 rig. I could however use the smaller rig @ 410+ Mhash if that comes close. It is set to grow up to around 600 Mhash very soon.

1150 MH/sec is less than 1 BTC per day - so how are you going to pay the loan back in less than 40 days?
