Honestly , I'm not sure I would trust Poloniex.com.
I've had a number of withdrawals with "ERROR" status and those funds seem to be locked up and maybe even lost!!!!
I have no idea how long there customer service is supposed to take but one would assume that if my coins were not transferred out of Poloniex then they should still be there.
Why make me wait
? Why do I have to put in a "TICKET" with them?
Either they are transferred to my wallet or they've lost them somehow.
Not sure I'd trust Poloniex......
A lot of people complain that they send tickets but do not get feedback or support feedback after half a day or so. I hope you are right. I am very anxious though as the value of my "lost" coins it going up and up and is already worth 2x what it was only a week ago....
Not only that I was actively trading coins and doing quite well I might add and now am too scared to put any money into any exchanges.
Time will tell....
I want back in the game!
