What conflict are you talking about, I think we are all unanimous here in supporting bitcoin. There will be no conflict since the system is already developed and we are just awaiting for the massive adoption to make this bitcoin ecosystem huge in the world.

I can give you a whole bunch of examples representing such conflicts of interest. As I understand it, implementing a decentralized distributed exchange in the blockchain doesn't require much effort, but it is a matter of fact that no existing exchange will be quite happy about that, so the latter would do anything that this effort will never be made. Another obvious example is increasing the block size. Miners are outright not interested in that since it would cause the fees to decrease, even though, if implemented, it would make Bitcoin more robust...

And all the parties and sides listed here are unanimously supporting Bitcoin

I think bitcoin needs to be accepted as a form of payment in the same way the paypal and credit/debit cards are now in order for bitcoin to survive. I don't think it needs to be used by everyone, but just accepted as a legitimate form of payment.

What makes you think that bitcoin adoption is growing day by day (provided it is not a wishful thinking)? And more specifically, what kind of adoption is expanding, and how you measure this expansion? I'm interested in Bitcoin usage as a means of payment for goods and services, not as a means of speculation and profiteering...
