The need for such exchanges might just increase with the introduction of new cryptocurrencies, take this in the context of currency exchange what would be more interactive and require more staff a currency exchange that only deals in dollars and euros or a currency exchange that deals in at least 10 of the top currencies
Where does everyone see the crypto markets/exchanges headed? I think those that are regulation-friendly are going to be the ones to succeed along with being decentralized.
Found this good read about an ICO called GBX, or gibraltar blockchain exchange. What do you guys think??

The idea is good, but raisins don't see what else to watch this is now all already have a website, so it would be a cool idea only in the case that more accurately shows the numbers. Found this good read about an ICO called GBX, or gibraltar blockchain exchange. What do you guys think??

Decentralized exchange should be more exist in the market than sentralized exchange, because decentralized does not impact with regulation. Decentralized exchange also far from issue of hacking and more high in security because account holder have own private key of the account.
You may notice that currently, the cryptocurrency market is in a bleeding situation that means that when such a situation occurs people usually hang on to their resources instead of distributing them, this means that the cryptocurrency market is dependant upon the rise or fall of the cryptocurrency itself exchanges not being independent has a disadvantage.
for now crypto market yes maybe again lethargy whatever happens in this world of crypto I hope this will not be long because with the current technological developments I am sure what happens in this world of crypto not last long and maybe this is expected of everyone
As many people have cryptocurrencies of different types right now and may only judge the cryptocurrency on their current valuation the chances of trading occurring may be greater in this situation the demand for such markets and exchanges related to cryptocurrencies might just increase. And now many new cryptocurrencies are launching and all need new exchange for trading so the demand will keep increasing.
In my opinion the future of altcoin is very good. Day by day people are joining in it and they are interested in to invest. Hopefully users and price both will be increasing in future.
More and more technology advancements were taking place. The same is leading people towards the new innovation cryptocurrency. When the exchanges were available all around, the usage will increase drastically and this will help in the growth of bitcoin as well the cryptocurrency market. Now we have got around 10000 markets for Cryptocurrency which is expected to give a 10x growth within years.
For me as of my own knowloedge about crypto markets and exchanges, I've been trying a lot of it like etherdelta, forkdelta, idex, binance but I truly prefer the most friendly platform and easy to understand and the securities of your profit must be there. Centralize or decentralize platforms of exchange.
The future of exchanges and the crypto market will depend on how much this market will be audited and regularized. The lobby of the banks is great for governments to stop in the crypto market
I hope in future per 2-3 years decentralized exchange will be reality. Well so far we had most of scams from exchange owners.

Some exchanges won't be regulated because the Government can't censor the decentralized exchanges.Decentralized exchanges needs someone behind to maintain them, release new features and code functionality, this can be regulated easily.

One may notice that the cryptocurrency market is growing day by day and that is causing more people to have these resources when a sufficient amount of people have resources of similar valuation, that begins the concept of trading, so many people having cryptocurrency right now might just increase the amount of trading to occur.
I think in the near future, decentralized exchanges would be flooding the market. I just hope there will be an algorithm to provide a very secure transaction and transaction support would be integrated.
but too many exchanges i think it will make the bitcoin price even harder to rise again, and the credibility of the new exchange is being questioned, what they fear is that they will only be exist for a while. and with hacked issues or other causes, they closed the exchange and took the HOLDER coins.
stay in recent exchange like bitfinex, bittrex and poloniex i think its the best choice (i mean it have been already trusted for a long time)
The more number of players in the market the greater the risk that it may have any frauds to occur, and now keeping in mind that the number of amateur investors which no prior knowledge of the crypto world are now full-time investors the chances of these frauds happening are increasing. The increase in this amount may harm the future of markets.
But what about projects like GBX where they are a token sales platform AND exchange? Looks like they navigate the regulation climate. pretty credible imo and their crowdsale is coming up in a few days too. https://t.me/GBXCommunity
Thanks for the link to their group. So many fakes out there. I think the future of exchanges will be blockchain-based. Looks like GBX is going to be the first to venture into that realm.
The future of cryptocurrencies depend majorly on two parties. One, the investors. The resilience of investors irrespective of any external forces such as government threats will sustain the future of crypto. In the other hand, government policies can also affect its future. However, I could see a promising and a successful future.
