Looks like the tx is now propagating. Hopefully it will confirm in a little while.

previous price of that was still the same as the earlier bet as they were identical in both values when they started and they end and mili seconds of that time were not included in computation, implementations about the use of mili wasnt used at that time then you introduced milis and those bets within that period only would be affected of those rules.

our wallet received both of the transaction almost simultaneous.
but there were time gap 123 milliseconds(1434134506908 - 1434134506785 )
def9488f572eb5e676407c14f07a1d66fe2a0e0b7a34dfedc564687b980c5862 was the first
and 191bd6a8e7463a076afc176e3a3cff1cc240cd142836d8545f4ec48a35d43d3a was the second.

Seed values are generated every seconds continually as you can see  chart.  and when order was occurred , the order select the generated Seed value of  the time as start seed value.
after 5second, expired seed is also selected  at the same way.


both of transaction  selected the same seed value as start seed value and therefore,  the start value became '3'.
because even when seconds trasaction selecting seed value, the seed value still not be changed.

but  when expired value was selected , it was different the status.

the first transaction selected the  seed value( 18:41:51+230.42+2+1.12652), the value was '3' .  and then  the seed value be changed
and after that  second transaction selected the changed seed value( 18:41:51+230.42+3+1.12652) .
so the expire value was "4".

the point is that the seed value is generated every seconds.

it was very normal transaction.

you should consider that when jimmraz975 p0sted that. the arrangedment of the post also wasnt an issue
