there are milliseconds issues and binary have been calculated by seconds  unlike 5seconds use milliseconds.
we doubt whether the result can be changed.

the calculate times are 60.651 seconds for the first one and 60.658 seconds for the second one.
we really have think  about whether this is a refund case.
and we decided this is not a refund case.

Try to set expiry time on 5 min - 6 hours. In this period of time difference of price much bigger. One minute it's really gamble.

in binary options , 0.1 second can change every thing. I lost in a lot of transactions just cause the graph suddenly up or down in  0.1 or 0.2 second .

I think they totally do because for 5s bet they make very precise timing. 0.001s
