Below is a BTC/USD, LTC/USD, LTC/BTC equation.
The used price is (bid + ask)/ 2.
Remember the order of operations and that this formula may change based on the USD/CNY exchange rate which is currently 6.15025 :
BTC/USD: average of bitstamp, huobi, okcoin, btcchina .
(bitstamp+huobi/6.15025+ okcoin + btcchina/6.15025) / 4
LTC/USD: average of btcchina,huobi,okcoin,btc-e,bitfiex
(btcchina/6.15025+huobi/6.15025+okcoin+btc-e+bitfiex)/5
btcchina,huobi are chinese exchanges, so divide the last price by 6.15025 to get the equivalent rate in USD

NIKKEI225 : 23:45 ~ 06:30 (Sunday ~ Friday)

I am of the opinion that, people on the other half side of the world, will not be able to bet there on that instruments. Though I see that most of the bets are made on BTC and LTC, I don't think implementing it like this is necessary.

we also really want these instruments to can be traded during 24 hours.
but volume of these quotes that get from CME is very rare during the overnight session( not regular trading time)
because most of these instruments used to be traded on pit session ( regular trading time) on CME.
so, we could not help deciding such like this.
