What is your transaction id? You most likely sent a bet with a mining fee of 20,000 or less and due to double spend attacks those are currently manually processed at the moment.

you should know how to look at the records in blockchain

The reason why this keeps happening to you is because the fee you've sent was less than 20000 Sats and due to double spend protection they need to manually process those wins.
