Hi
Hort, I have got an idea.
Because you said you agree to pay 175.000 g3n for further developement,
I think you can sell this sum and pay for coin listing on Two new  small markets.
1. Novaexchange  (pay 0.012 BTC for list ohn voting list and we need 250 votes for coin listing on market) https://www.novaexchange.com/
2. Coinexchange.io (pay 0.1 BTC and they list the coin on market in 24 hours.) https://www.coinexchange.io/
What do you say?
G3n stake is not a fast POS and the quantity of money is good for small markets. Cryptopia was a small market too.
Thank you!

it's amazing how in 20 min a guy can destroy yearly buildup.
i wrote to saddam a couple of words, but that should'v come from HORT not me

Yes, I am an idiot sometimes that is for sure. Someone has offered to do PR so if they accept then things will improve as I obviously suck at it. We will get this sorted out.

Hey Hort!  I laughed when I saw you get banned 15 minutes after it happened because you were drunk.  I actually worried about this exact situation when bittrex delisted.  I didn't think that the ticker symbol was enough to get off of a decently sized exchange.  Trying to argue with hex and saddam about POS coins is like going into a church in the south and making the argument that Jesus was a homosexual.  This is kind of like the situation from a year ago when presstab walked into another such discussion and Hex was saying every POS coin was crap.  Presstab logs on right after Hex said that HYP was crap, presstab responds with something, and Hex calls him a faggot.  Presstab initially asked to be delisted, but then said that it was the communities coin and it shouldn't be just up to him.  The HYP withdrawal fee was permanently raised after this episode.  When dealing with the cryptopia admins it is best to remember they are PoW miners, personally invested, who want scrypt PoW to be successful.

I don't really think that G3N being a yobit only coin (with the GEN symbol LoL!) is really good for this coin.  It might be possible to apologize and explain that you were drunk and probably being an asshole.  Then bribe them with a little DOT to not delist, get them to add a daily draw in return for the DOT payment.  This coin will then be stronger then before this drama went down.

I have sent a few PM to adam but no response. I will keep trying.

Edit: I have sent another PM expressing my apologies.

Yes, I am too drunk and an idiot to run a coin. The coin is solid the dev is not.

175k to anyone who wants to run this coin. PM me.

New BE is here: http://www.fuzzbawls.pw/explore/G3N/

Please explain what actually happened, the great unwashed masses holding G3N have no idea and want to know.

Then, please fix it or improve what went wrong. One shouldn't abandon ship in a situation like this.

I got all mouthy with adam on cryptopia debating POS and jokingly told him to delist G3N. He took me at my word and will now delist it. I didn't realize he has no sense of humor. I fucked up and real good. End of story.

I am not going to abandon ship I would just like to be a ghost partner from now on and have someone better suited to run things. I can and will still be a money backer for BE, wallet upgrades, etc. That won't change. I just can't run shit right and want someone who can.

Ok, I see, the folks from Cryptopia can take things personal pretty quick, shows their running their business wholeheartedly but also that they lack a certain professionality as I witnessed on other occasions. Still like them though and regret G3N got that kick in the butt.

Hope to meet you on irc the next days..

G3N is ok.

he fought as a lion in the name of POS technology till the very end,
which happened at approx 20th min of the second round.
This very time i guess The Hero is slowly getting sober...

So what is going on with this Coin?
Cryptopia = crap and dead, Yobit = crap..
Getting it delisted from Bittrex was such a bad move..

Yes, I agree with you on Bittrex, not my best idea. I am still working here, albeit slowly. Working towards having a litestake wallet and an additional BE out by the end of this month, early September. Keep staking!

I suspect I ended up on a forked chain.  Reloading blockchain from start, will see what happens.

next time just compare you last blockhash with explorer's, you'll immediately see if it forked

Thank you Cptn Obvious!  Shocked Shocked Shocked

But, Block Explorers do not show you PoS rejection.  Only accepted blocks.  It requires a little more digging than just the block explorer.

well if you want to make simple things harder,
i forked hundreds of times, no matter what wallet it was
just 3 steps - compare blockhashes,
go back along the chain binary searching forking point
resync form nearest earlier backup

Yep!
My bad for jumping on you.  Had a short fuse at that particular point in time.

We need more nodes to stop the forking.

If you need more nodes, the list can be found here:  http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/G3N/nodes.php
