That announcement however was last June, September is abiut to end but there is no bullrun yet that OP can smell thats coming. There are big investors that are trying to keep manipulating though. Its just that they want every one who holds btc and tokens to just sell what they had before they will start the bull run.

they have concluded to discuss electronic money and put forward special proposals regarding regulations. At best, now, it will be investing towards testing blockchain technology as a whole. Should people advocate their claims? or predicted. It always depends on the market structure, market confidence, trends, behavior of investors on the ciphers that affect the market value of the crypto coins on the market.

I suspect that all decisions have been made about cryptography. At the G & A final summit, there are conclusions to discuss about electronic money and make recommendations especially regarding regulations. Best, now, it will be an investment towards testing the blockchain technology in general

One should not invest based on rumors or gossip. Need to analyse the news and take a wiser step before investing.

So where does your information come from? You make predictions, but what are your sources in which you make them after the analysis? I'm not discounting your though processes, but I would like to know your sources so that the analysis can be recreated. Also, so that noobs can see how you came to this conclusion.

Read this article as a support to my case, why i feel they are going to invest huge in crypto and our market will go to moon again :

https://www.coindesk.com/2018-year-central-banks-begin-buying-cryptocurrency/

I wouldn't invest based on some article from coindesk. They are often spreading rumors and FUD.
I'm an optimist and I think that bear market is coming to an end very soon, but we shouldn't risk the money because of some unconfirmed news. We are still in the lowest price point this year and it doesn't look good.

In this respect, I very much agree with your point of view that you cannot believe the articles. Sometimes such news can even harm you. There were many times when the article was published by an official source, then the next day denied. And the rumor of the first news spread on the Internet. This is the so-called hidden marketing

Better if you post the link of your source. Without it this will just be another speculation. And i don't think i have seen it in the news or in the web.

So, yeah. This is the question that I want to ask also how could you know that red seven countries would invest in Bitcoin? I think if the information like this would be no in the world we would have bitcoin already $50,000.

They often spread rumors and FUD. We are still at the lowest price this year and it does not look good. You can check out my posts proving very positive with crypto but I really can not see any G7 countries publicly investing in Bitcoin and Crypto, I will be proven wrong.

I think that this is a good idea and a huge investment in the future of these countries, because for crypto currency our future

It will be a great idea if these countries wanted to engage in using it but if it is for government's interest or somewhat for them to be powerful it is a no no. Because bitcoin is made to help people even poor peopl, and if it happens more probably rich will became rich, just lik what is going on in the economy. Those countries have yhe capability to control bitcoin market because of the money they have. But as for now bitcoin will help everyone.
