They can learn if they're still don't know how this forum work, but if they remain silent and we don't know what they're doing behind this for 5 days, we can expect they're don't care with forum members. Let's say they're contacting a campaign manager in order to launch signature campaign, the thing is their casino is still not completed 100% and I'm pretty sure they can't attract many people come to gamble on their site.

Hi, you had to take care of adding a description in addition to the image of the online casino site indicating at least promotions and bonuses and a brief description of the platform to attract attention. here I see just a lack of any interest in attracting players.

I hope you understand that Trustpilot is a venue where users of companies or consumers write reviews about a certain project and it is not the venue for solving the accusation or getting the customer funds back which technically means there's a chance that some of the reviews may be resolved and not updated by the person that wrote the negative review. I don't know if the casino belongs to the previously accused casino but if AskGamblers said the casino is good then is good because the site handles both accusations and resolves the accusation.

The OP just wants to do a free promotion by making his first post on this forum, actually if he wants he should upgrade his account to a Copper Member or use the services of someone trusted in this forum to make a thread about his site, incomplete OP promoting it's just a banner without information link
If all that he want is a free promotion then he won't ever pay someone to open a thread for him or upgrade his account to copper member because that cost him money but his approach above is bad. He better remove that single image link and manually post the features of his website instead. He also need to edit his thread title and highlight the key features there in order to turn heads.I see that one user quoted the post of the op, making the image appear. It would be good to hear their side of the story and how Galaxy.bet casino is related to other gambling websites from the same group - if they are even all owned by the same people or company at all. Their online reputation isn't great, so I think they should consider focusing on fixing that if they want to attract new customers at their site in future. The OP made 1 post from a brand new account and logged out. Maybe they are very busy? Who knows, but it doesn't look like they really came here to show off their casino but more to see if making 1 post got them some traffic.
Hopefully, everyone is doing their due diligence before making a deposit.
Exactly I advise everyone to do proper due diligence before making any attempt to deposit on this casino since they already had bad review reports also the admin who created this thread has not returned to the thread again for a long time now, which doesn't show any sign of a serious team who will be available to sort out players problems if they run into any in the cost of playing on the casinos. So it is better to stay away from this casino for now until otherwise. Hopefully, everyone is doing their due diligence before making a deposit.

I don't think he will do that, buying a copper account and creating a well-designed announcement, with all the bad reviews quoted and links posted here he needs to first address those bad reviews that include scamming accusations.It's a bad start for a casino that just created an announcement here but has accusations and bad feedback from other platforms, the community here will check all the information about your site, and if you have bad reviews outside of this forum it will haunt you here, better clean those mess or address those issues.
