I think the banner was removed some time ago, shortly after the introduction of Rakeback being introduced. With the loss back there were no stipulations stated, no guarantees, and was just a means to allow players who had deposited and lost a lot for a second chance.
~snip~
Hey bob, probably you missing something there. The screenshot was taken from the landing/home page of DuckDice, not from the bonus page. Like you, I can't see the lossback information in bonus page but it's still in the home page. If a new gambler visit the site and see the lossback bonus banner in home page then probably he/she will take it seriously. And there isn't any condition attached (as you said) with the banner. So you have to admit that the DEV team is responsible for this misleading issue.

As to the foot system, DuckDice has hundreds of users very happy to participate, with hundreds of thousands paid out in faucet withdraws; yes you can lose rank, by wagering free faucet bonus but to lose from 3 foot to 1 in 2 weeks although possible is extremely unlikely and would require you to be using an ill-fitting strategy on the faucet that generates a lot of wager.

Simply, too accuse DuckDice of scamming because you were not granted a non-obligatory return on a loss, and to accuse us of banning you for this reason when you know full well it was for reasons far removed from that, for example making threats of creating fake reviews and acting on them and obtaining someone else's account again for monetary gain of the site, makes me wonder who's trying to scam who.

Originally lossback was for big rollers, who were at-least 4/5 foot on our level system and routinely deposited and wagered big sums, which this user does not meet the criteria of. as to the replies, it's out dated on the page, since we've recently introduced a Rakeback system and i will mention this to the main team to sort out ASAP Smiley

edit -- correction https://duckdice.io/bonuses it already has been removed, and i can't authenticate when the user screenshotted the page on trust pilot can you? Smiley

But this is worried! At trustpilot, DuckDice team said that they gives lossback to VIP players only. While DuckDice support said to the user “lossback bonus is no longer exist”. Then why it shows at their landing page that they gives loss back to high rollers Huh There are difference between high rollers and VIP players. So the information at their website will completely mislead new users. And I think, DuckDice is responsible for this kind of issue.
Note: I'm ignoring the fact that why OP got banned

And what we can see at the site and Trustpilot review (https://archive.ph/tD3ix)

Let's be clear one more time; you were not banned ''for making a lossback'' claim -- you were banned for TOS violations, your history has been extremely colourful to say the least. Also, at the time XRP was no where near that in value.

Never played on there so i don't have any idea how the lossback works on duckdice. When i opened the site, i also see the promotion just like you qouted, but it said high roller. I don't think lose 7K XRP and 9k dogecoins can be considered as high roller.

You were banned for multiple TOS violations, for example, obtaining another members account and publishing many fake reviews on trust pilot, as to the other comments, rocketgames has nothing to do with duckdice whatsoever and has copied the design, DuckDice has been around for more than 4 years now and is quite reputable.

Actually rocketbet copied their design from duckdice .   Like many other fake casinos do.

duckdice.io are showing infront page that they are paying loseback to high rollers as you can see on the image bellow https://prnt.sc/11j0r4z but when i lost 7k xrp  and 9k dogecoins i request them to payme lose back as you can see my status https://prnt.sc/11j0ydz  now they response to me with https://prnt.sc/11j10cr  so i am wondring why still they promote the banners that they paying loseback to high roller.do they want all people like me to be scamed and get  0.9 xrp back on the rakeback  of losing 7k xrp.
when post a review on trustpoilt against them they ban my account. these guys are taking money from every single person who register there.

And lmao man everybody knows you're getbet , aka boy911 etc

I think duckdice is related to rocketgame.io and rocketgame.vip, which seem to have done a exit scam by now, please read the following thread:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/rocketgame-exit-scam-5330987

Be aware of all 3 websites, duckdice.io, rocketgame.io and rocketgame.vip - > If you look closely, the websites are basically the same and I think the same owner and it seems that there is something seriously wrong going on

My take: the owner wants to close every casino so he can vanish with his millions he scammed from users
