This one I guess is on its extensive addiction, you are already an addict to gamble and one or two addiction again that will arise is truly a concern on physical and mental health.

You're losing to gambling is not a factor you'll be addicted to drinking alcohol or drugs, I guess that's not the case. If you're winning a lot that is when you get addicted to other things since you have the capacity to buy. However, you're losing? I don't get the scenario of that person to be addicted to other things if he can't afford since he's losing.

If I were to be addicted to gambling I don't want to be addicted to drinks and alcohol that's really too much, that belongs to those who has weak mindsets.

I think every gamblers should be able control their mindset when they are doing gambling otherwise they can easily addicted any bad habits like drugs, smoking, alcoholic and some more. and gambling addiction can be badly effected to our financial and health also so better we should have a limitation in gambling or stay away from gambling.

Anybody who thought of smoking, drugging during gambling to ease the action of be lose to the platform should be careful, smoking and drugging doesn't relieve anyone from losing to that platform he or she gamble. I think smoking and drugging are against the ethics of gambling in a real sense because, they won't give a gambler that 100% needed to be calculative towards their winning.

actually you forgot to mention prostitution also because nowadays here in my country casino's are being used for this illegal activities,there are several cases now that goes a woman being abused or even admit selling Sex inside casino places things that very alarming because aside from cigarettes ,alcohol and even drugs are being take place.

you mean because cryptos were online and that means if your online , you cant drink and smoke like you do on a actuall casino offline ? but still its up to the person . he can always smoke and drink alcohol even if he is at home and playing online . actually lots of my gambler friends are like this . they are also playing with cryptos like me . they confess that they consume alot of boxes of cigarites every week because they say that it makes them relax while gambling or it calms then if ever they loose .

All the frustrating things got potential to make us addicted to drugs because to relax ourselves we might be looking for something like that. Gambling is known for frustrating ending most of the times so obviously gambling had made lots of gamblers to get addicted to drugs.

People use gambling to relax may escape from such problems. Yes, if you have lots of hassles in office or in family, then if you take gambling for your relaxation then you probably will not get addicted to drugs as you might be gambling only for entertainment reasons. Simply, if we gamble just for jun then we may not get addicted to drugs.

Cryptocurrency is again a form of money, so I do not think it will give any solution to addiction. Addiction is a mental health issue. I think you have contact some one who can help you with addiction issue.

Everything that you have referred in your topic is related to addiction. Getting rid of addiction is a very tough job. I have been addicted to smoking and no matter how hard I try I cannot quit it.

The good thing about gambling is, when you gamble you forgets many things that has link to drugs. Gambling has helped me with its passion that, most times I forget to think of bad, this has been for years now.
Health wise, when gambling is been done in an atmosphere of fun, its add good vitality to human health. Am such that easily get angry but when on game I felt simple, lovely and happy with everyone.

Something strange in my opinion if anyone thinks crypto can be a solution not only for gambling addiction, drugs but also a solution of economic problems, because at present crypto is still limited as a new form of payment the rest is investment.

Gambling can make people become addicted to drugs and drinks but not the actual gambling that causes it, I look more at the mentality of someone who is difficult to get away from it and consider it a normal thing to do so that it eventually becomes addictive.

Why on earth will you even think cryptocurrency can put an end to drug abuse by gamblers?. Without been biased, I think cryptocurrency only made it worst as it made it easier to become an addict from the comfort of your home with even faster and cheaper currency that can be used to gamble without any supervision of the authority. About your claim of gamblers abusing other substance as a result of losing their funds in casino. Well, you can't blame the house for the misfortune of its patronizers. The power to control emotions is in the hands of the gambler as abusing any of the mentioned substance doesn't improve their ability to win games instead it only make the situation worst.

Before I started engaging myself in gambling related activities, I wasn't an abuser of any of the substance neither did gambling make me become one. The only addiction I have above has to do with the willingness to take risk without hesitation.

Personally, I would say NO.

Crypto gambling is still gambling per se, you can drink and smoke at the comfort of your room or within the vicinity of your house. Even if you travel, you can use your mobile phone to play and have some drinks.

Regarding your second question, I already into smoking and drinking when I discovered crypto gambling, so my answer will be the same, No.

I do agree with some of the things stated in the abstract of this paper and through a quick skim through of everything, but I actually don't do any drugs at the moment (besides coffee if you count that, lol), and I'm also not an alcoholic, though I might get a drink every one or two weeks if I'm going out with friends. I certainly do agree that those especially under 18 should not be allowed to gamble whatsoever, though a lot of countries like the United States do this already.

Crypto and especially crypto trading can be as risky if not exactly as risky if you don't know what you're doing or if you get too cocky. I would not say cryptocurrencies are a solution to gambling addicts since things like leveraged trading exist, but I could see how it might help a select number of people.

Answer is no because crypto still a money but in digital form and if addicted gamblers will find out the variety of games they can choose for then might they will be addicted more and you can see so many new gambling sites popping out of nowhere offer more appealing things just to lure gamblers. And if you really want to change your habits and get rid of gambling's then a professional help is needed since they are the one who can rehabilitate you and cure on what is happening since addiction is I think a mental illness.
