Gambling is not designed to make you happy but it is created as a source of entertainment.Casino owners take profit from people's greediness and they make a lot of money from this business. It is only the person responsibility to take care of himself and not become addicted.Nowadays gambling is making people more frustrated than happy.
Because the goal of gambling has been misunderstood, many people think they can double their money with certainty, risk their money without long thinking and end up with losses and finally makes them frustrated because they run out of money. if you ask does any gambler experience like that? of course many players feel and experience that, this is a disease that often occurs in players

This is not a drunk gambler for sure, he might suffering from a frustration and maybe a depression for losing money.

Gambling is not supposed to make you look like this because it supposed to make you happy.
If you feel any depression right now because of the money that you've lost better to quit gambling, and seek for some help. That pictures speaks a lot, so start waking up now.

Do you ever feel this before because you didn't achieve your goal and you lose all your savings because of greediness?

it's more like an accumulation of the frustration that he has over the years of gambling, and this will happen to you if you don't know the symptoms of too much addiction to gambling, and the worse part is, you'll deny that you had this kind of addiction, and that makes it looks real bad.

I think there should be meditation or medical treatment for such addiction. Many people have developed depression because of the constant loss in the gambling and no hope for winning.

Its a bitter truth that at one side gambling has bring a lot of  joy for people, it has also brought a lot of miserable and difficulties in the life of people.

Frustration and depression come mostly when we make gambling as the main way to get money and we play beyond our limits. I experienced such feeling too in the past just before I realized that gambling could lead me into the hard situation if I keep playing and obey my greed.

If you make gambling as a form of living then you are bound to experience the same fate. If you only take it as a hobby to kill time then you'd be better off. I also get disappointed/frustrated sometimes after a loss but not to a point where I lose sleep thinking about it.
Definitely. I know someone who keeps relying and using gambling as a source of money. I thought that he only likes to have fun and kill time with this hobby but no,  he said that it is his only hope to be rich but the hell it's not.  That kind of mindset are for those lazy, greedy people out there who only wants to make a living by depending on other people's wealth. It will not only make him feel depressed and frustrated will also drive him to do bad things if he keeps on doing that kind of thing.  What he needs to do is to stop or he can't, he can still gamble with the amount of money he can afford to lose without depending that he'll make a living with it.

Or maybe drunk? Kidding aside, I think gambling is not an ideal way of a source of income. I think it's better of as a source of entertainment. Becuase, frustration and depression only kicks in when one is not able to fulfill his or her need. That hunger for more makes one do things way beyond his limits which, I think, most of the time, doesn't end well. For those already in that situation of frustration and depression, there are studies and professionals which and who can help you out. And for those who seems like going into that scenario, better have, keep, and practice your self-control and discipline as early as possible. Because once you're in, it's hard to go out.

It has be like that and that is why it is good we do good study and understand the risks involved in gambling. Many gamblers are frustrated and of a truth over 99 percent of gamblers do lose money and some of those that put huge amounts of money in gambling are in bankrupt and that brings disappointment into the wholething. However, that do not mean people are not makings money from gambling but it means it is an investment that can make you poor if you don’t know how risky it is and manage your money accordingly.

This is what happens when you take gambling to a level where you bet even the funds allocated for something else (food, education, etc.). It's true that you can double your money in no time in gambling but you can quickly lose as well.

That is the whole point, spending a lot of money and not having the financial freedom is completely wrong. Gambling can give excitement for entertainment and if you are not planning to become a professional gambler. Setting up limits will always be the best options.

I just wonder why there are a lot of (educated people) who wasn't able to think the far ahead situation

When people do not have discipline or lacks self control this is what happens and then you cannot control and get addicted to it and want to gamble with in order to make money though you might be losing lot of money but that addiction keeps them gambling for long .

If you looked at the picture, the guy needs help and a professional can provide that, he is helpless and he can't do it alone, because the demon on him that wants him to play to recover his losses and feel the excitement playing this kind of game, gets the better of him, this will ruin his mind until he goes crazy.
How people can say what is happening by seeing a picture.Maybe he looked down because his mobile or something dropped. Cheesy

Anyway if money is the problem people will know once they lost all the money and it can be the best lesson compared to any other.

Self denying will make it more harder to be resolved, most gambling addicted person have this type of attitude, instead of trying to get some help
they will insist that there's no problem and they will continue losing their hard earned money, keep stressing and frustrating since the results will
continue being negative.

As I said, that is the problem.

You see, my friend was addicted to gambling and he told me that it is so hard that you find yourself a way to gamble even for a little time. They sneak out of their work, miss meetings and sometimes miss lunch and breakfasts. And with all of that, they do not know that they are addicted since they are having fun. All they can see is that they are gambling and they do not realize they are already addicted to it. They are not denying it, they do not know that they are already addicted.

Gambling addiction is not a joke.

There are a lot of instances that people don't know they are addicted and that is really a problem. Just imagine having a disease and you can't say that you have that disease since you can't observe yourself its causes and its symptoms. I have no experience with gambling addiction at all but I know some people that did and I can say it is so hard, also I read an article last year about this, you can just read this.

This would happen to us if we loss our discipline in gambling.

Honestly, I also feel the frustration in gambling but luckily it has not become a serious problem that would really affect my daily living.
I always like to emphasize that discipline is needed as that would kill our greediness in gambling.

Yes, there's a lot of money in gambling, but the problem is the strategy to win, or our chances of winning, we don't have the advantage
so eventually we will just loss. Another problem is if we are too optimistic in winning that make us so unrealistic failure to accept losses and not accepting it's part of the game.

Gladly, I never got that experience because I didn't have any goals in the gambling game so I can feel okay if I am lost in many gambling games. I know that playing gambling can make me lose money, that is why I always control myself to quit from the game before I lose so much money. Besides that, I always make a limit to prevent me from the losses, so I don't have to use big money to play the game.

I am afraid of being greediness because the risk to losses the money will bigger and I don't know if I can win the game or not so I prevent myself from continuing the game if I can win 3 times. It is better to know when we should quit gambling than to continue playing gambling because that will be too dangerous for us.

I'm fully aware that I will end up like this guy if I cannot control my gambling habit, as long as you know your limitation and you only allocate an amount that you can lose without regretting it, you are on a safe side.

The problem with gambling stems from the mindset of an individual thinking that he/she can garner large amounts of profit in a short-amount of time. With that kind of mindset, their planning and decision-making become hampered by that thought which slowly leads to addiction. Addiction, on the other hand, has the potential to spiral out-of-control especially if you experience a roller-coaster experience wherein you win/loss every time you gamble.

People who gamble think that they can become millionaires- which is entirely possible but the risks overwhelmingly outweighs the merits. Only a relatively amount of skill is involved while LUCK being the primary factor in determining one's success.

If you want to become rich, deviate yourself and understand that WORKING HARD and doing it SMARTLY is the key to become such. If you chase for profits by taking the short-cut but with lots of bumps, you may destroy your career and your life with you.

Being greedy is the root cause of losing lots of money that could result to frustration and depression. As we can see, this is not how gambling should be played. A risk taker can risk money but not to the point that you have to lose all the money you have.

Acceptance is the best thing that a gambler should have. Either way losing a lot of money from gambling if one really optumist then it could not result depression and frustration. Money could be earn but life will not.
