Nothing on my mind when im doing gambling,on inspiration at all.My only goal is to profit on what i am doing and whom i am betting into.Inspiration may lead to greedyness for me thats why i dont have an indpiration through gambling.And most of the time i dont gamble for profit but just for fun only so no need for inspiration
I'm very curious on what are on the mind of Gamblers during he is gambling. I want to know if a Gambler are thinking something/someone as an inspiration to win on gambling. Because gambling with purpose was the really way to have fun. I only list some few options because that was my inspirations i used on my past experience. You are free to suggest or share yours if it was not listed to the choices. 
I don't have any inspiration when I gamble. I just want to gamble the normal way so that there's nothing to blame when I'm going to lose a lot and if ever I'm going to win, it will be a natural thing. Even though I gamble with purpose and my purpose is to earn it doesn't matter even I don't have an inspiration.
It's usually my dad that drags me out to go gambling. He doesn't like to go alone and always drags me with him to hang out and gamble. Sometimes that's a good thing, other times its bad. Lol

If you think about it in more detail, inspiring gambling derived from father has a significant positive because it makes us more sensitive to things that are not usual for most people, gambling isn't a bad thing, and decision in this case are pure will grow from their own consciousness. Why do we always think to lose, if we are blessed with a quick mind to win?

Whenever I play poker, I always think of Daniel Negranau and his playing style. I don't follow his style or game but watching his video inspires me to think like him and use it to read cards of other players.
Creating an inspiration from a certain person or personalities. Thats good but if this person stops from playing and starts to take illegal drugs for example, you will also stop playing that game. Because your inspiration already ruined your type of game.

Why else would anyone gamble for friends or family, for what purpose and of what relevance where they will even be the one to discourage you from gambling. And I have even read a thread on this forum adivising the stoppage of gambling because of friends and family. I gamble for materialistic purpose and that purpose alone. Nothing else

Honestly, I voted like the majority. I can't see how my family could inspire me to gamble. My friends on the other hand usually lose.

My mind is mostly in getting back what I have lost. It's an endless chase that can leave you very poor.
IMHO, as every gambler plays to earn additional easy money, you should list it between the available choices, some people play for fun, but all people like to get easy money which make them capable of doing what they like.
Yes all gamblers play gambling to win easy money, but it is not easy in gambling. So don't expect anything in gambling. You have spare money do gamble if you have luck you will make money. And with that money buying any stuff is a good suggestion. Otherwise, we lose that money in gambling. If it happens no money and no things. I usually buy some things in online.

People are driven by different reasons while gambling. IMO 1st is Greed. Greed for more, greed for money.
In my case, gambling is for fun. $10 for beers or playing some dice, still its about the fun.
Ofcourse for things im playing gambling to reach my dream items which is i can use it daily to help my work became more faster this things like upgrading my personal computer, i have some gadgets here its from my gambling profit. Every gambler wants to win for some personal purposes and we knew sometimes its really struggle to reach it.

I don`t know why inspiration needs to come from family or friends? What is that about? I gamble cause I like to gamble, I like to play gambling games, I like card games so its normal for me to love poker, that is about in which thing you enjoy as a person, and you have inspiration from that, at least its like that in my experience.
I give a vote for material things, but that just cause two other choices don`t suit me at all. At least when I gamble I can think about buying something very nice if I hit some jackpot or win some awesome tournament.

I voted for material things as well. Someone has suggested a gambling laptop, or a smart phone. That was a good one I think. Because I'm also aiming for a good laptop for the past couple of weeks so I might aim and be "inspired" to gamble and the winnings will go to the buying of a brand new laptop. Let's just hope I won so that my dreams would come true.
It only means you are gambling with money you can't afford to lose. Instead of doing that why don't you find job, work for a month and than buy yourself laptop or smart phone?I actually never think about things I could buy when I gamble because if I want to buy something than I just go and buy it.

Lol you just stated the obvious stuff of your qouted message. And since you have both the same inspiration does this mean you also gambling with money that you can't afford to lose?
I don’t believe anyone would “gamble” for their family? I mean what type of insanity is that?
Are you implying there are people who are losing money on gambling with the hopes of winning it big and making their families life a lot better?
Because that won’t happen, they will lose even more, they are spending money they could spend on their money for gambling.

I never had any inspiration when gambling and i don't think i need one at least for now. I gamble for myself, to have fun, not for someone else. I don't know any profesionnal gambler either.
It's good sometimes inspiration will make you confused to made a bet, i learn by my self try to made a prediction with my insparation how the match goes and always got wrong.

Playing gambling doesnt really need inspiration since you can play anytime you want everytime you feel bored and if i have target then mostly i would go on material things because when i won certain amounts i do have plans to buy into things which i didnt buy before.
I have voted the same option on planning to buy new things when i win some profits on playing.This is always the thing on my mind i actually done this anytime i play when i win then i buy brand new cellphone or laptop just like that.we are on the same ship brother, I'm currently aiming for a gaming laptop. This is my motivation now on playing gambling. I already join on betcoin poker tournament and expecting to win some good amount for my dream laptop. I am more motivated now compare on my past gambling experience because i'm playing with a cause and a goal to achieve. I will update this thread once i'm successfully reach my newest goal. Wish me luck, I hope that not the opposite result will come.
I am the first voter for "friends", and I thought there will be others who are inspired by their friends. I have a friend who is a great Gambler, may be he has luck or had the guts to sustain the lose but I know my limits, so I just play with the money which am afford to loose. But the luck he has make me try mine, which is actually pretty stupid..
