When the results/returns for a couple of weeks aren't that good(when there's no change) thats when I divest my invested bitcoins. I do this to avoid the risk of losing more but if the returns are doing good for a few weeks or there's some changes happening I just let my coins sit on the site as long as possible and pull them out if I reach a profit of 100%. 
I know a friend who invested in a gambling site but I don't know how much he invest. Last time I checked with him, he said he already withdraw his invested because he is not happy on the ROI for a month. He said he got between 98-100% of his investment. I didn't understand you answer because OP is asking how long you may watch your investment in any casino. But didn't say how long you will wait before you pulling our your money from any investment. I will wait until my investment go down by at least 15% down before I pull out my investment before in all investment ups and downs are common and if we start pulling out every couple of percentage then we can't make profits from any investments.
