I think you are not trying to enjoy the games inside the gambling game because you want to win the money. If you don't have any target in the gambling games, then I think you can have fun in every gambling game because you only play the game without wanting to chase the win money. It is normal if we are losing the money in gambling, but that will not be normal if we still chase the win money and spend more money inside the game.

If you think the end of playing gambling will be losing the money, maybe you will need to make a limit of using the money so you don't have to lose all the money you have so you can come back to the games in the other games. I am sure that many of us are having fun in gambling games and they don't think that gambling is a way to make money.

If they cannot stand the loss, they are not a gambler.
Losing is normal in gambling, and despite the fact that we will loss overtime, we are still gambling
and that will prove that we are having fun on it.

Personally, I can say that I am losing in gambling, but I never mind the loses because I know I can afford it, the entertainment I get is worth for the loses.

I don't gamble that much but I know that gambling is for fun only and not for profits. Gambling is a way to give fun to people only. If you see gambling as a way to profits, the more you will lose your money and this will lead you to stress and depression. Just spend what you can afford to lose in gambling so that if you lose, you will not feel anything.

For the house, it surely is a business. But for the players, I think it's more of an entertainment and winning is a bonus. But sometimes, for the player, it could be both depending on his mindset. There are some who gambles to earn easy money to pay for something and that, for me, is business in a way. But if the goal is just to have fun, to have some past time, and to gain profit if the universe wills, then it is obviously for entertainment.

I guess we can never really conclude or speak for everyone that gambling is either a business or an entertainment. Its definition still depends on the person in the end.

Not all have this kind of notion on gambling. Yes in the beginning it entertains the player specially when they wins but it becomes annoying when you have series of loses and besides, some come to gamble with the intention of doubling or tripling their money but it does not always come out as they planned.

Yes, I believe that gambling is something that triggers dopamine in the reward centre of our brain. You might look at it as a business or entertainment but I believe that the whole system is linked with the reward centre and winning makes us happy because it gives us the pleasure of feeling superior to others and due to aggressive human nature, we give our best in order to prove that position and defend the title of winner. This process is entertaining for those who perform better than others but the case might not be the same with the losers. However, it might be addictive in both cases.

This year alone, I have lost big in gambling. So in the last month or so, I just decided to play to have some fun with my wife in a traditional casino, just bring enough money that I can afford to lose and enjoy and have fun. Not betting big, but we have a good laugh when our small bets will bring some windfall on our end. And at the end of the day, win or lose, we just exited the casino without having regrets not winning because we just play for fun.

nice advice you got there buddy . Thats right we must not play gambling just because we want to get rich because its bad to think of the easy money . We must only go for the tough route and that is by working hard because success is better if you are working hard for it . its less risky but its verry rewarding at the end . This is why i only treat gambling as a kind of entertainment though there are other free entertainment out there but the fun and thrill that i get in gambling is slightly different or uniqe .

I don't blame those people that find gambling as their source of income. It's their life and it's the choice that they made, personally I also tried it when I was younger and I thought that it will suffice my needs and there's no need for me to work.

But I've realised in the end that it's truly a different thing to make it as a source. I knew people personally that has been successful with it, I praise and adore them for surviving the hardship that they went but making it as a source of income won't work for most.

yes, of course people who can make gambling only as entertainment can only be done by people who have a lot of money because visiting gambling sites does not expect big profits but only as a means of entertaining themselves. but there are also those that make gambling a promising form of business, and that can only be done by people who have large capital or can only be done by entrepreneurs. but most people who intentionally visit gambling sites, of course they are playing expecting to win by relying on strategy and luck
