If you are doing it out of habit or are addicted, then yes it is wrong. If you're neglecting real life responsibilities like family or your job, then yes it's wrong.

Entertainment value is the best reason to gamble

Staying away from gambling will protect us from not doing the wrong thing but no one is ready to stay away from gambling because the wrong thing is more enjoyable for them.

If we are not having fun in gambling then we have a problem and there is something wrong with us because gambling is a game of fun not a game for money.

if a person gamble for money and he lose his money then you are right he will not get any fun but he will get only depression in his mind and will face a number of problems in his life and do wrong with himself.

Yes and thats not the mean the only gambling is bad,it depends on how the person handles it.As many are gambling for and and really enjoying it then it can not be wrong.It only becomes bad when you get addicted to the gambling and it starts to control you.

It is wrong if it loses you a lot and you still won't stop until you become an addict in gambling.. I've known some people who destroyed their life and lose everything in gambling. Gamble should be controlled by you if you already lose then stop and even if you win then stop play again next time

In its totality, I do not see it affects the life of the gamblers to be miserable, only few of the gamblers have that kind of problem and that should not be blame to gambling because that is their fault for failure to exercise the right way to gamble.

Gambling is one of the entertainment so it is just a game you play if you want to have fun, I cannot understand why people are calling gambling as wrong when it does not force them to gamble, I believe as long as you are a responsible gambler you will appreciate gambling because you have fun doing it despite of your loses.

That is the main reason of the gambling business to give service to their customers for the experience and entertainment they can give. But the people are making it wrong because instead of just making gambling as a source of entertainment they are making it as a source of living for risking their money and other things just to satisfy their gambling addiction.

Yeah although it can't be helped that when you gamble, you would also think about winning and earning. It would be best to set your mind that it's only a game and that it should not be taken with high emotions because that is mostly the reason why people gamble beyond their means. Just relax and treat gambling the way it should be treated and you'll be fine
