The nature of gambler also effects it because if someone is anxious in nature and gets addictive soon they gambling is like poison to him and for someone like suffering high high blood pressure it can get even worse. So it depends on whats your health and mental structure.

A professional gambler does not let emotions dictates over his/her betting. That pro gambler only bet according to his pre planned bets and do it with all discipline regardless of whether that certain bet wins or lose. They just follow their system. Of course there will be losing sessions, which always happens but they will play again with the same system on another session.

i say you lose in gambling, because it is adictive, and you want to win does not matter how, if you have 0,1btc and lets say you want to play 10 times of 0.001btc, you play it and dont win anything so you say lets play one more , and one and one more until you spend all you bitcoins

Yes i don't know the real reason behind it but human really find it fun to gamble in some occasion. I myself do the same way especially if you play with your friends or relatives. I think that when person gets addicted to it then that would be the real problem.

I agree, there is nothing wrong in gambling if you do it for fun or to release your boredom. Gambling is wrong if you start hurting someone just to gamble for your own desire or your losing financially from it. Gamblong is wrong if you treat it as way to earn stable income but rather you'll just losing from it.

One of them realized and contemplated that gambling is bad for him and for his family and decided to quit gambling with all convictions. One afternoon, he told his buddy about it and all he received was a laugh and disbelief. He was upset that his buddy never believe what he says so he challenge his buddy to gamble a $100 dollar - if he really quits, he will win the $100 and if he still continues, his buddy will win the $100.

Wow, that's a very funny fella. How could a gambling made something to benchmark against him to get out of gambling addiction or not. But if your friend is really quit gambling and search for more positive things and not give effect which is quite bad for life ..?

so you make gambling as a side hobby while you are playing poker and sports as your real hobby?

it is sounds like a good condition to make gambling more fun but as time goes by , gambling with all its pleasure like an easy money making and a good way to get your adrenaline pushed you will gamble more often than just do your real hobby.

As long as you don't make gambling as your main source of getting money all goes well. You place bets for fun and also succeed to make some profit too. The dilemma starts when we begin to take it seriously to make money. We think in that context and most of the time can not judge good decision. Then it is more a loss than beneficial overall. I am not making money neither loosing so it is good so for.

When you let emotions comes in while you are gambling, the chances of getting bust is imminent. Why? because if we really feel our initial winnings, we tend to bet more to earn more - that is how majority of people reacts. However, if you play with pre-planned bets and no emotions involve, then you are good with gambling.
