To me gambling is simply another form of entertainment. It is not much different than going to a play, a movie, or out to dinner afterwards. In this case though, you have a chance of actually making your entertainment money back with some extra if you are lucky. In all cases though, you are spending the money for the purposed of entertainment, so if you keep this in mind then you are really not losing anything.
Instead of gambling, why don't you just invest, work for Bitcoin or sell items for Bitcoin? In this way, your bitcoin savings are more fixed and less risky.
I don't think gambling is wrong however it could turn out to be wrong if you are going to gamble to the point wherein you don't have anything left in your pocket with you. I think gambling was created for fun and leisure and was not intended for making money out of it, though there are some who are really lucky enough that they get to win every time they gamble and bring home the bacon.
It's never wrong if you are a gambler for years and you have been doing well. But the bad impression about it is when you are gambling for years and you gain nothing, we are most worried about the people surrounding us on what they are about to say with such things that we have been doing with our lives on gambling.

Then it will be wrong if we get addicted on it and spending all our money and the worst case scenario would be asking for loans with your friends, relatives, or in the bank. This will only lead in the destruction of your life and ending up making your life miserable.
Playing gambling with our own money and spending only how much we can afford is good in gambling. taking money with others and playing is seriously spoil your life and taking a loan to the bank to play gambling is i think this is the end stage of gambling addiction.

yeah people start to think that gambling are wrong due how destructive gambling it is , someone could get a loan and use it for the sake gamble then have a lot of debt , frustating that could drive them to suicide and many more . a lot of bad story involve when it comes to gambling in negative sides. it's wrong if you ask common people , but not when you do know what the real definition of gambling itself.

Your gambling way is starting to be wrong at that stage when you are making yourself addicted and you don't know how to limit.
I think that when gambling, you get more losses regardless of the method of payment. This is created only for entertainment and you do not need to try to earn money on it.
there is no way you can gamble for entertainment it is just your brain who is tricking you to gamble it for entertainment purpose in end if you earn profit you brag about it but if you get a loss you just tell that you gambled for entertainment purpose which isn't right at allI do not think it is wrong, in a strict sense. I think it is a manner in which people do business. It is a business strategy that entrepreneurs alike invest in so as to profit. Thus, I do no subscribe to it being wrong per se. It can be wrong if you use it to defeat your very purpose in conducting your business, and be greedy about money, because your greed will concomitantly become your downfall.

I think no one gambles that win all the time because if this happens all of the people will do gambling. Though we can really win in gambling but the chance is only very little no matter how hard you try or how good you are. And gambling became wrong if you do it to the point that you will lose all of your money.You sure cannot always win in gambling but we try our best to maximize our profits and then try to make it outweigh our losses in the long run. Gambling becomes wrong when you think contrary and seek to win all the time by cmmiting sommuch funds into it and get burned by the house.
