I agree with it that there is nothing wrong when anyone gamble and is not addicted to it as it s only for sometimes to get refreshment. while I do not agree with your second point that forex traders and stock brokers are also gamblers because in that they do not find any type of entertainment which they find in playing gambling.

If it is illegal in one country then it is a sin since your government is restricting its citizen to play gambling games, not following it is commiting sin against the governemtn and is punishable by law. Watching a movie and gambling with the same money are totally different things, dont even think of comparing the two. I myself would enjoy a movie rather than gamble if I want to hang out or spend some time outside with friends and family.
I never found wasting money in casinos where the odds are against us to be "fun". Its like throwing money away to fire. Moreover it forms a habit and if you cant control yourself you will very well lose all your money and then die of starvation.
