I think I have a gambling addiction. I can't control myself and I wont stop until I am out of balance. I will definitely learn some self control and patience. Any tips guys?

I don't really count my winnings and loss in gambling. I think it's pointless because gambling is created for entertainment, it's crazy if you will account for everything when you gamble, how many time have you gambled?
