It's not a mistake for me as it was a common action by gamblers.

- What if by being greedy, that gambler can win huge money in return?
- What if by overconfidence, that gambler is also able to win huge money in return?

What's better to point out, if these gamblers can cash out their huge money winnings?

That's the common mistake by any gamblers, unable to cash out their winning money.

Greed and over confidence have got some common thing they share which have got negative effect on whosoever possess them, the greed has got so much it can can cause the gambler who possess it and yet it could turn out to favour such person a few times but most of the time it's mostly against such person and not worth relaying on .

Over confidence or self confidence , as you may wish to refer to it, is actually advantageous and also have it's disadvantages too, when advantageous, it's seen as been decisive and bravery or seen as taking risk, but then it's also not a relay good thing because bit could lead to you over gambling because you bare too confident in the fact that you think you are going to win u failing probably because you have turned out with much dependence on how much you know but it's not a good practice most of the times.

Everyone can relate about being greedy. You'd say that you can control your emotions and greediness but what happens when you're there in actuality?
You'll not be able to control them and that's why it is giving you the reason to adjust if you can because being greedy won't benefit you.
It won't help you in many things but it will even give you some problems along as you gamble.

For the first part in bold letters; it's called The "skeptical instinct" you brain immediately begins to illustrate the possibilities of making even more wins should you keep wagering ... 9/10 of the times you win on a game, that's definitely what comes into your mind - which is also a way for the casinos to regain back what you won..

People are prone to making mistakes due to unconditioned emotional reactions that leads to a cycle of heightened emotions and a desire for validation or success. This pattern can cultivate over time, impacting one's confidence and potentially fueling a sense of greed. The analogy of dropping beats and wanting to hear the victory song again highlights the allure of success and the tendency to repeat actions that lead to positive outcomes.

There's a suggestion that while mistakes may be recognized quickly, they're also forgotten just as fast, akin to the transient nature of learning from the errors. The comparison to gamblers following the rhythm set by the casino rather than creating their own music speaks to the idea of people being influenced by external factors and structures rather than charting their own course. It's fine that the habit has been put to the past and Iroh has himself focused on being a responsible gambler. At some point I felt such urge but given time it started dwindling backward that I never thought about doing such things. Since it has been known to me that the method doesn't work well for any gambler. Rather it affects the bank roll of the gambler, and he'd lose control in the process. Hence, the goal for each gambler is to keep up and advance his strategies, someday, the player will make wins. Trying to rush the wins and get it real fast and by all means, isn't a better way of fixing our gambling method, such that it'll yield us some funds. Wagering smaller amounts that won't affects us if we lose, can be tricky. That's why any type of gambling can find himself in a situation of chasing loss. Depending on the nature of his day. The urge keeps coming to try it and win big. Sometimes it'll be hard to control the urge.

In a vicious cycle, we return to impulsive behavior that makes us make wrong decisions when betting. We win, instead of withdrawing from the bet, instead we bet again with a higher bet, and lose the proceeds from the previous win. and it doesn't end there, we spend money again to place bets again until we empty the contents of our wallet. It's possible that everyone has been in that circle, some people have managed to escape and some of them are still trapped.

And to avoid this, it is important for us to be able to control our emotions well, whether when we win or lose. Because when we experience consecutive losses, this can encourage us to act impulsively, by betting continuously to recover the losses experienced previously, even though in reality it is not victory that comes to us but losses that we will incur.

The hope is seems to be false still the gamblers may the big winning in the gambling site.Because their was big difference between the hope and the over confidence.The self believing will come to the gamblers after they made some big winning from their game betting.The egoistic ideology was based on the gamblers,because not all the gamblers get ego after the loss.Many gamblers accept the loss and wait for the good time,one day he will get into the gambling business winning from the same strategy.



The experienced gamblers only believe on their game,their was huge chance for the loss of money in the same gambling game.By believing the experienced gamblers,one gamblers can fully betting on the gambling site.Surely this will be the impact to the winning in the long run.

False hope indeed. But I wonder why gamblers still possess them, it goes bad and I am sure that their effecst can't be good unless the gambler is just lucky. The two are psychological effects that are wrong, they can make you become egoistic and self-believing, but in the end, you will lose your money just like any other people who posses them do. For greed, it often comes after a successful winning or winnings, and I will not say that gamblers should be afraid after winning, they can continue to play. But what I can complain about is for gamblers not to have their plans and budget for their bettings, this is how they can be betting amiss, and before they know it, the are greedy and might lose all the money they have which they didn't plan for.

This always ends in regrets, so I do not believe that any experienced gambler can still be engaging in it no matter how believing they are in any game. Also, for overconfidence, it is equally bad, it is such that makes one be believing too much in theirself, but it will only push them into making mistakes and this is the situation where gambling itself proves to them of their supremacy when they have too much self-believe, they will lose easily and painfully due to this pushy attitude. Nothing is as good as a balanced and preserved psychology, it also gets better when the gambler has good plans with a reasonable budget in addition.

Even with more care, these basic mistakes are still unconditioned emotional reactions, mostly just a scenario of heightened emotions one way or another, cultivate little by little confidence in your abilities as well as nurture your greedy nature then a few beats are dropped, makes us want to listen to the victory song again, the final result is reproduced as the arrangement. Trust and greed as you mentioned is something that is usually always the main trigger for gamblers to end up doing some out of control actions that they are actually unable to account for because of the level of trust, usually scenarios like this will occur when they manage to get a win which at that time they become too confident in themselves that by applying greed by putting the entire amount of previous winnings in the next session it will result in a much bigger win, I agree with the idea of "bigger winnings" because the amount they are betting is much bigger, but the problem is that they don't see that gambling is always about "probability" which in the end might not be what you expect.

So instead of getting something you expect but the opposite happens where you lose and lose all the winnings that you actually managed to get before even with a not too large amount. But this is gambling where someone always cannot be grateful for the amount he gets so greed becomes an alternative that they will choose to pursue something that basically has no certainty of success.

Having too much confidence in gambling is just a trap to lose more money , winning a game is not a guarantee to win more games . Their should always be a limit at which play gamble. No one is an expert in playing gambling,  sometimes one can be very lucky to win a huge amount in gambling,  and when we continue to play just because of over confidence it can just be a trap of losing everything.  
A gambler should always learn to go with the little win and not to continue to play thinking it will end to to bring more profit in gambling.

One of the ways to reduce too much lose of money in gambling is to reduce the rate at which people play gambling,  too much confidence in gambling is just a way of losing more money in gambling.  

This mindset of too much over confidence really affects new gamblers and can make one to become addicted in gambling. The end point of having so much confidence in winning gambling is losing more money,  so much confidence doesn't make people to have more wins in gambling.

This is normal because it often happens to many gamblers, including me. If I have a win, big or small, I feel my self-confidence will rise, which often tempts me to continue betting. I sometimes forget that it is time to stop, but because greed keeps coming and telling me to continue betting, I follow it, but the result is that I lose. Maybe that's what many gamblers feel, where they feel too self-confident and greedy, so they can't control themselves and instead continue gambling.

What we did was careless, but we must try to learn from experience and not do it again, even though there is still a possibility that we will do it again. That is normal because we humans can easily be tempted by greed. By continuing to learn to restrain ourselves, I think we can anticipate feelings of self-confidence and greed so that they don't bother us when we want to stop gambling so that we can stop our gambling activities easily.

two mistakes you mentioned are very common and if we talk about new gamblers, they are very normal, in fact we have all felt it in the past when gambling for the first time when we win, of course our self confidence turns into huge ambition and we will ignore everything risk.
on the one hand, new gamblers usually don't really understand how gambling works and what risks will occur and what needs to be paid attention to and avoided, but beginner gamblers will only think that gambling can make money.

with this wrong assumption, a beginner gambler will continue to ignore the risks he or she will get in the long term and if he doesn't have good self awareness he will definitely end up losing money in a row even though he has previously had big wins, but if a gambler is greedy his luck will definitely change a loss that can make a gambler emotional and continue to chase his losses.
mistakes like this will be ignored by both novice gamblers and old gamblers when they lose self control and this is why it is always said that self control is very important.

It's hard to believe, but that's what happens to my gambling, where sometimes the number of wins I get in gambling makes me more confident to continue betting and believe that I will get bigger profits than before. At that time I forgot, that most of the winnings that gamblers get from the bets they place, to a large extent are influenced by the luck factor. I’m most of the time sensible enough to not use money that I can’t afford to lose but I too get moved to chase the losses I had sometimes but like you noted, you’ve got to be more responsible and learn to prioritize what you classify as important things in your life.
We all get emotional and urged to take some not so good decisions that would later cost us. Sadly, not everyone could withstand such urges.

Well, I've had experiences like this and often the money that initially increases from the initial capital actually disappears instantly because of greed. No one can deny that all humans have a greedy nature, especially when talking about money they will be at the front of the list. One of the temptations when gambling is greed and it is a gambler's biggest enemy when betting.

It should all be over when we get 100% profit from the initial capital, but curiosity is always in our minds and it is very difficult to prevent. But from now on I can slowly stop this bad habit and when I win enough I will leave and come back when I want to gamble.

Doesnt really need any plan but rather it would really be just that need on having that simple self control and self awareness on how things goes and what are the things that you do really need to do
for you to be able to make yourself that at least having the right approach towards gambling, then you would be finding yourself on having no problems when it comes to this manner. There are really just those people
who dont really mind on messing up their life with on the current things that they are doing with. It would really be just that normal that they would really be just trying out to make things or adjust
accordingly on the time that they would really be experiencing those hardships and they arent doing it earlier or before disaster do happens.

Gambling industry wont really be that become so big if there would be no people who would really be having those kind of responsible act. We've seen the
opposite on which it would really be just that normal that people would really messing up their life with and those business owners are the ones who do make some serious money.

Greed and self-confidence have both a negative and positive impact on gambling, but the negative impact is far greater than the positive one. As gamblers, we need to have confidence in our games. If we don't believe in our skill at prediction, we should not place a bet on it in the first place.
 
On the aspect of greed, most times being greedy and still being within your bankroll is not a bad thing, as most times luck is on your side, it can lead to that big win you hope for, but on the aspect of gamblers allowing their greed to take over them and affecting their judgement on wager amount and the kind of odds to chase, it's always end up bringing negative results to the gambler's game verall.
 
Only a few gamblers who see their strategy not working for them usually take corrections, which is why most of them see it as a risk they are willing to take with their slow statement, "no risk, no gain.".

You can address these two by moderating your greed and checking your confidence but it takes time and experience to be in control of your motivation and check your confidence, these are gambling traits newbies, and those who lose control of experiences.
I still experience greed and confidence we are just human and gambling brings out the worst of us, even if I try not to be greedy some circumstances force you to be greedy, just last night while playing mine I was too confident that luck was on my side I have 10 successful runs and when I pour everything the 11 try is where house edge sets in and I lose everything.
In gambling, things happen when you least expect it, I thought I already knew this but greediness and overconfidence made me forget these things.
