If you dont like to cry then better not to plan on playing gambling in the very first place. Regrets do always comes at last part.This is why we should really be sure on our actions that we do made and also spend the money that you can afford to lose on playing gambling.It can really possibly give you an amount that would really be multiple times of your salary but would really be the same situation when you lose up.

Depositing more money after you lost is called "chasing losses". This is one of the cardinal sins of a gambler. There is nothing worse than a gambler trying to win back losses and thinking gambling is some sort of natural way of profiting. Hate to break it to you but gambling is not for profit! It never was. Do not ever put that in your mind or you'll be extremely disappointed and poor at the same time. The best thing to do with gambling is just have fun with it.

Gambling helps you release stress by givig you that adrenaline rush and then giving you something to laugh and feel good about whenever you win or even when you lose. However their is always that clutch of gambling that appears whenever you play that addiction callig you further and further in.

Ypu can't avoid losing. It's a part of gambling that will always be there and for some people, is even more likely to happen. All you can do usdo if you really can't help it would be to exercise self control and avoid excessiveness and dragging your emotions into it. Be wise. Gambling addiction can be controlled at it's early stages and you'll know when that is so it's up to you if you'll do something about it.

You should never gamble funds that you didn't plan to, because it will always get yourself into a situation where you lose funds you couldn't afford to.

As you just said, you can win/lose funds you earn in a month.
If you are betting funds that is equal to your monthly salary, I would stop gambling at all.
You should gamble for entertainment, if you bet your whole monthly salary and lose, you won't have money for living and it is very dangerous situation.
Always be responsible at gambling.

for me actualy, if i lost at online casino for playing poker dice etc i just take arest for a while and ill deposit some more, nbut im not try to gain what i allready lost that kind of action ussualy make me lose than winning.

and if you feel that you are allready addict and try to stop gambling, i suggest you to do something you love like reading book or fishing, you can try to blocking site you ussualy play too.
