Are you sure there is 10k satoshi every hour? (it is $0.07 every clime)
The problem is not the minimum amount to withdraw (You can always make a deposit to fill up missing amount). Everything is about fees. If you have to pay 0.005 fee for withdraw, that for sure is to high!

You have missed out another good site in your list is bitsler. They also give a quite decent faucet amount to a claim to play and you claim will increase more and more as you wager more amount on this site. I don't like their website design though, it's not too friendly with me. I prefer any other website but rollin.io.
