It is not built specifically for gambling, however our service is, among other things, initially particularly suitable for gamblers looking for a more stable and reliable option than Bitcoin/Altcoins. Our end goal is to build the cheapest, fastest, most reliable transferring and payment system possible with current technology. As well as to make it available and easy to use for everyone.

Everyone have been paid, pardon the wait, the payment was slightly delayed due to the slow bank wire and some internet issues as I was in the middle of relocating to China!

Its a good idea to freeze the variance of bitcoin value sure but not sure if you need to bother with creating an external crypto coin. You can just allow users to buy chips @ sites and freeze the chip value somehow.
