Each gambler has its own preferences some likes crypto due to its convenience and its anonymity. There are gamblers who are not techy and prefer traditional gambling. I sometimes like to play online gambling and sometimes get bored with it easily, and prefer playing with my friends. Another thing, there are certain games that fiat gamblers cannot play if they use cryptocurrency, likewise with fiat gambling.

Here in crypto better i think to use cryptocurrency because you can use also this for holding or investing like double purpose then
if fiat i think we can use this also like cryptocurrency in online world if you want stable price then for me i use this more on real life
The investment part in cryptocurrencies or volatility while you're gambling with it is more like a double edge sword it could be good or bad depending on when you'll sell them on the exchanges. It's not always better since the value could go down at any given time an example is the regression that happened last year. But there are many people like us who would rather take the losses to avoid the inconveniences you'd get from online fiat casinos.

In this context I would also like to point out that some recent sites like Roobet and TrueFlip allows fiat to be deposited. Traditionally crypto based gambling sites which are having a service ANN in this forum do not take fiat deposits but I guess these sites have found a way to use them to pay their providers or their games.

Obviously the use of crypto is recommended for its privacy and "anonymity". Using fiat in countries where gambling is prohibited will attract unwanted attention of the law enforcement and whales who are gambling big stashes of coins would not prefer to use them.

Although I would like to see an analytic from the aforementioned sites about the distribution of funds on the basis of crypto VS fiat and deposit VS withdrawal.

What's best for gambling online? Crypto or Fiat? As for me, I'd rather go full crypto than Fiat for many obvious reasons. Crypto may be extremely volatile, but it's anonymous (depending on the coin) and censorship-resistant. Fiat may bring convenience to people that are not tech-savvy enough to understand crypto, but it can easily be traced by worldwide governments.

Crypto enables online casinos to perform their operations in a somewhat anonymous fashion. Both the gambler and the owner benefits from this. But I understand that crypto is still not accepted at physical casinos. In this regard, Fiat is the winner.

Nonetheless, what are your thoughts? Huh
It doesn't really matter if crypto is not accepted in an offline casino, cryptocurrency is relatively new compared to fiat and it not being accepted in
an offline casino is understandable and cannot be considered as lost for cryptocurrency. it is also obvious that with all this online gambling site that
accepts cryptocurrency, fiat will still dominate the gambling market more than cryptocurrency since fiat exists longer and known and accepted by everyone.
both of the currencies have advantages. I'd rather use fiat in an online local casino and cryptocurrency in an offshore online casino because there are
gambling games that aren't available/restricted in our local online casino.

It depends upon the place you are gambling. If you are gambling online then the best way is to gamble with the crypto money. But if you are going in a physical casino, then it is better to play with fiat. Also most physical casino does not offer you to play with crypto so the options are limited if you are at casino in your town.

I prefer to gamble using crypto, actually gambling in my country is illegal and can be ensnared by the law. more dangerous if gambling using Fiat because the flow of money transactions directly from the gambling place and into our account (ATM), the transaction is monitored by the bank and the government. different from crypto, which is anonymous so in my opinion it is safer, the proof is that until now I have never been entangled law when gamble using crypto.

Actually fiat and crypto is both good when it comes gambling.  But for me i always prefer to used crypto because through the volatility I'm able to gain some profits unlike fiat.and in our country if you use fiat through online it's not easy and you need more applications and you need to used your identity not the same with crypto which is through any crypto wallet you can withdraw and deposit anytime without hassle.

In my opinion better to try or use all to learn different things in life then if this brings so much convenience to you so example of that

Here in crypto better i think to use cryptocurrency because you can use also this for holding or investing like double purpose then

Not because we are in crypto we should have to use crypto either, cause the reality many gamblers are still using fiat over crypto.

In some consideration that we are using crypto gambling sites, nothing to do but to spend crypto out there but more gamblings which are not. Since for now, we have those options either fiat or crypto, can't leave the fact that many gamblers will still consider fiat to use. And for me, I'd used them both.

They are both good. However, if you want to remain constant what I mean the expenses and the gains are all at the same line you'll be good o using fiats in your game. In addition, casinos are legal there maybe an illegal but the issues are maybe on the permit stuff and requirements but mostly are legal. Going back, if you want an extreme challenge with your expenses and gains what I mean is that the changes that crypto has that direclty affect your expenses and gains, then, you'll be good with crypto. But they are both good.

Volatility is not gonna be a problem when you use stable coins.
The two most basic reasons why gamblers in crypto space chooses crypto over fiat is because of It's complete anonymity while placing bets and avoid excessively taxed after you won. These are also the reason why the mainstream local wallet in my country are very strict with huge amount of deposited crypto in your wallet. They are making phone interviews to account holders who made huge deposits and withdrawals in their wallet, and If you happen to mention about gambling, your account will be limited the amount of deposits and withdrawals.

Anyway, I've seen discussions closely related to this topic and I'm not sure If I have participated on those discussions, but you guys can find different kinds of suggestions and answers from members.

I prefer to use crypto to gamble than using fiat because I cannot find a gambling place here, so when I knew about crypto, and I saw that there a crypto gambling site, I tried to play using bitcoin first. But after I knew and have Dogecoin, I choose Dogecoin to play gamble because I see and calculate that it's cheaper if I use Dogecoin to gamble than to use bitcoin. Besides that, the Dogecoin will arrive fast than bitcoin, and the transaction fee is not too big compared with bitcoin.

And even though there is a gambling place here, I still using crypto and playing gambling online because I don't want my government to track me down and investigate me. Gambling with fiat and crypto will have advantages and disadvantages, and that will depend on the gambler itself, which coin that will he choose to gamble.

Personally, I tend to gamble with fiat since the poker houses I play at only accept fiat (e.g. chips). However, I've dabbled with online gambling with cryptocurrencies on several different platforms including casinos and sportsbooks, but I wouldn't say this is my usual.

At least you tried to join those online gambling, and you experienced how advantageous it is. It is faster and secured when gambling online using cryptocurrency. Try it to become your usual activity when you play.

So far, I don't think I've seen any gambling platforms that offer both cryptocurrency and fiat gambling. Though I would expect it would be quite easy to integrate into brick and mortar casinos, but quite difficult for online casinos due to regulatory issues.

You said above that "you'd joined online gambling with cryptocurrency on many different platforms," but why you've not seen any gambling platforms that offer both cryptocurrency and fiat? In my experience, YES, it is easy and fast transactions. Although it has regulatory issues is still function and updated day by day to avoid more problems, because it is just an online platform, it means digital.

I suggest you try to use FortuneJack, and this can be a BTC casino. It has many games and a variety of promotions, bonuses, and it is transparent for the users. It can manage eight different cryptocurrency and 500 more casino games. There are no other online gambling platforms that are well-founded like this.

Crypto for sure, If the volatility is the only concern in crypto then just use stable coin whenever you have done in gambling for the day and just convert it back again to crypto that whatever you desired to use in gambling.
I do this often times when I'm tight with funds and using my personal earnings in FIAT to convert to crypto for gambling. Using fiat to play online gambling is really hassle. All online casino that accepting fiat
needs a document about you so that they comply on the law. Some country prohibits online gambling too so it's very hard to find a legit casino that accepting fiat.

Crypto for me any day, any time.

Where i come from the tax on gambling winnings is so high and it breaks my heart see almost over 20% of my winnings go to the ridiculous tax collectors . But ever since i discovered bitcoin and crypto. I am able to gamble on websites outside my jurisdiction and receive my winning without anybody even knowing  Cheesy
This could not be possible at all with Fiat

That's exactly what I wanted to highlight about. Crypto's pseudonymous nature works wonders when gambling as our earnings don't go to the taxman directly. As long as you don't disclose how many crypto you've earned, you'll be safe from paying any taxes at all. A cut of 20% of your winnings is a lot when there's lot of money involved. Thankfully, crypto reduces fees and gives us control of our own money so that we could do whatever we want with it. That's why I've been gambling online with crypto instead of Fiat. I'm sure that once people notice the true benefits of crypto, they won't turn back to Fiat anytime soon (especially for gambling). Given that crypto is much more divisible than Fiat, it provides greater flexibility for gambling site operators. Micro-earnings can be sent to the winning gambler without any additional costs (depending on the cryptocurrency, of course). With Fiat, the minimum you can send is $0.01 (in terms of USD) (although it could be higher depending on credit card processing fees, and other factors).

Nonetheless, gambling with crypto may be highly beneficial but it could become troublesome for serious gamblers if governments implement fierce regulations within the crypto-gambling industry. They could easily force online gambling sites which accept crypto to require players some form of ID verification for KYC/AML compliance. If that happens, then we're doomed as everything will be exactly the same as Fiat. Just my thoughts Grin

Nah better stick to fiat if that's all gonna happen besides fiat has been used widely before the cryptocurrency exist. If you were a small player better use fiat but if you are a big time player, you might wanna switch to cryptocurrency if you want to protect your identity and you will have some security of privacy if you use cryptocurrency over the internet.

There are many benefits to using a digital currency like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash over US dollars, British pounds, euros, South African rands, Japanese yen, and other currencies. Ill talk about BTC betting here. Perks of BTC betting are:

1. Privacy Considerations with Bitcoin Gambling
2. Bitcoin is the New Fad and Bitcoin Gambling is the Next Step
3. You Can Get Bitcoin Bonuses at Bitcoin Casinos
4. Bitcoin Gambling Allows You to Avoid Geolocation-based Restrictions
5. Safety & Security When Playing Online

Only minus for me is volatility. Volatility in Bitcoin does not yet have a generally accepted index since cryptocurrency as an asset class is still in its nascent stages, but we do know that Bitcoin is capable of volatility in the form of 10x changes in price versus the U.S. dollar, in a relatively short period of time.

Since we are on bitcointalk forum, i think you alraedy know the answer from most of us even though we don't reply on this thread. Gambling with fiat is like an old way to gamble and it's seems will be fully changed  to cryptocurrency in some years later. If we can gamble by annonymous and we can do that everytime and everywhere we want, i don't see any reason for us to gamble with fiat anymore

I'll also go for Crypto for convenience, I don't have a credit card right now, but that does not mean that even I don't have option I will not pick Crypto, I like the anonymity and it's faster to transfer coins using Crypto, and of course gambling sites are already going Crypto too.
