Hello friends,

How think if I start Gambling site use only Monero.. is this good idea or not?

Thanks.

That's actually a very good idea, because some people want more privacy than Bitcoin or other altcoins can offer, so by creating Monero casino you can fill that spot in the market. From technical standpoint there shouldn't be much differences between Bitcoin and Monero casino site. You can also expand your currency options to Dash and Zcash as they are also anonymous, so you can offer your players more options in the same field.

It is good for casino sites that offers altcoins rather than only bitcoin for players to gamble with, with bitcoin miner fees on the rise, I have seen a lot of players gambling with altcoins on casino sites, and monero is an altcoin that is worth investing, and one of the other advantage is the faster confirmation for deposit and withdrawal.

Hello friends,

How think if I start Gambling site use only Monero.. is this good idea or not?

Thanks.
Monero ?? IMO not many people like to bet with altcoins especially monero because people prefer to use altcoins for a trade and maybe my other reason there are not too many crypto currency gambling sites that accept altcoins

I think whoever mine these altcoins then they prefer to use them in gambling without going for exchanging to another currency. And some people want to gamble with these altcoins because they think that Bitcoin prices went up very high. Even though they may be betting the same amount in terms of usd but these guys go for altcoins. It all depends on individual and I mostly gambling with bitcoins and sometimes only with other altcoins.
I think it is just the matter of purpose , if you want to grow your investment in altcoin through gambling then it is makes sense.
But still you won't get better result and better situation as gambling in the long run never be easy.
Lets take justdice as an example , the site accept clam as their currency and so far they are so successful.

Hello friends,

How think if I start Gambling site use only Monero.. is this good idea or not?

Its not a bad idea knowing that using altcoins on gambling site is a good alternative when we are basing on confirmation times of deposits but as of now we are on bitcoin world which means gamblers commonly do make use of bitcoin and you should put it on your site as a main token, having altcoin would only also a side option because there are still some gamblers do really like to play with altcoin deposits.
I think now people are stopped to use bitcoin in gambling because of the BTC price hike. No one is ready to lose their BTC for their entertainment purpose. So people started to mine altcoins and if any site allowed altcoins to bet they will use that site for gambling. People are saving bitcoins for future use. Gambling with Monero looks good it will attract many players to their site, and here many people are ready to do gamble with Monero.

Gambling is never a good idea. Always keep your altcoins on hold as you never know when they can rise up to the sky like bitcoin did few years ago.
I wouldn’t want to gamble with Monero since the coin did not have as much history as Bitcoin does. Monero has a much larger chance of dropping in value compared to Bitcoin since it’s just an Altcoin.

Bitcoin is one of the things that I would gamble with because the price of it is very likely to not have a drastic drop in value in an hour or so after I place my bet. Monero is very risky, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I think it's not good to gamble with monero too, makes no sense for me and it can be bad. Example: I exchange my bitcoins to monero to play and while I'm playing, bitcoin pumps and increase its price a lot.
What means I lose the pump because my coins were in monero, that can't give the profit that bitcoin does. And it's hard to find a casino accepting monero.

Actually no, gambling with altcoins can offer significant advantages.

For instance, using dogecoin is able to save you a lot on transaction fees, and the minimum bet is lower. Using monero/dash on the other hand will give you better privacy of your funds. So if you don't want someone to look at your bitcoin wallet and ask you what you spent it on, monero is pretty useful because nobody can see your wallet details publicly.

As typos said though, the monero core team is already operating their own dice site. I simply do not see how you can survive with so much competition.
What dice site is monero core team is already operating on their own?

How can cloudbet be listed for taking monero?
Last time I was one there their casinos only accepted bitcoin as a way of playing on them.
That was a while ago because now they are looking to doing an exit scam by not paying their customers their winnings for weeks and some months.

Hello friends,

My contribution to this would be for a new site coming on board, the basic currency is bitcoin which is something to be consider as a start but along the line, you can start pursuing your interest directly. Because by doing that you would have gotten your market share and the moment users are loyal, they won't mind any currency to play with according to your dictates by leveling on the current diffculites bitcoin is witnessing to swerve to your initial plan from the beginning.

Is there any site, which accepts monero as payment for gambling
Lol, i think you didn't notice the post #8. scroll up!!
I think he forget to mention fortunejack.com
You can gamble with monero, btc, dash, nmc, eth, clam, rdd, ltc, xdg & nvc.

Yes he did lol. AFAIK, NMC,CLAM,RDD,NVC are no longer available on fortunejack.

It would be better if people can gamble with other coins.  It will bring more community to your site.
It's true, but managing so many altcoins is going to be difficult and costly(especially for a new site). i guess op could start with monero first and see the response or use a platform like moneypot/betking(upcoming).

I got very diffirent opinions of members.
somebody said monero is good, somebody said need alt coins, somebody said that bitcoin is leader.
Thanks friends.

It would be better if you add the top coins to the gambling site so that all of the gamblers can gamble easily. Adding a single coin will make other coin holders go away. Think about it.

Hello friends,

How think if I start Gambling site use only Monero.. is this good idea or not?

Thanks.
Yeah , we would like to make gambling with the altcoins with monero and also with other .
Here it will be new revolution in the gambling field .
Since we have the fascilty to make gambling at the directbet.eu with the ETH but still I  think we need
Some other altcoins for the gambling because ETH needed a better amount of fee and also about
Montero has the equality of the fee , so I think it would be more better to add altcoins like doge , dgb,
Edr  like big altcoins which has very low fee ( about free transaction ) and we can come back each time
For the gambling .
So you should start your gambling site with the altcoins with monero , you will surely get better response
By the gamblers .
