I want to ask if one of these forum users ever played gambling poker with bitcoin bets? Is there an app for android phone? What is the minimum balance that must be owned? Thank you in advance.

I don't play poker much often these days. Not that I don't enjoy the game, because I really love it, but only because I don't find many players on bitcoin poker rooms. I used to play on betcoin.ag, but there were so many scam accusation on them that I stop doing it. Never had any problems, but I decided not to risk it, until their reputation improves. I used to bet on directbet, but after they've closed, I started using nitrogen. They have poker there as well, so I will probably give it a go. I suggest you try it yourself as well, and maybe we can start getting more players there.

Yes i'm sure there are many gamblers here played poker before. I never play poker on android phone so i can't answe that but if you on pc, you can open nitrogensports.eu to play poker there and the minimum to play poker there is 1 mBTC, there are many tables though, you can choose which table that you want to play.

There are many many fun places to play poker. There are so many choices. Just look at people with gambling signatures. You will probably find some good deals to get the most out of your gambling experience. Try for a no deposit bonus somewhere then a deposit bonus somewhere else. Try a few places before you find your favorite place to play.
So basically you are promoting betcoin.ag, a casino that has been previously proven to be a scam. I would not really recommend anyone to play on that site since they have already had history of scamming a player. What is stopping them from doing it again?

Generally though there are not much good poker sites, the best one would probably be nitrogen. I think this is really because there are too much pros playing and lurking on new players (fish) that they can catch and win their money. Usually fishes get tired losing and just quit poker and that is bad for the operators if there aren't much players.

Ok, my 2c is that BTC is the future of online poker. i have been playing professionally for over 5 years (not anymore though). Best BTC poker sites I have played in the past are, a) Nitrogen (cash games, not all the time lots of actions, but can be fun and profitable), b) Betcoin.ag (not much cash game action, a lot of tournaments with big payouts), c) sportsbetting (they accept a few crypto's, easy deposit, but they might ask for personal info on withdrawals. I had never encountered a problem withdrawing my funds).

5dimes/Grand Poker also has/had good action from times to times.

Obviously, not many poker enthusiasts own or want to buy BTC to play. So the best choice for action is websites that accept BTC, but work with a well-know platforms, that have players from a few different websites, that also accept fiat.

There are a reasonable % of players who do know or own bitcoin but the players go where the games are and the games are mostly at pokerstars for the last 8 years.  When they have bitcoin games everything will be great!

Obviously Pokerstars is winning but since Black Friday, a lot of sites are catching up. Also, enthusiasts that have bitcoin as an investment don't want to risk them on gambling.

Its like trying to catch up to facebook though. If someone could truly create a working decentralized poker platform software which had zero rake i would fancy the chances of it being very popular. Not enough incentive for this project though even if it were possible.

Nitrogensports have poker, check them out(https://nitrogensports.eu/poker/play). you won't be needing to install android app to play, it can be played right from your browser.
will it work fine if I use the browser on my phone? is this really safe thanks for your answers

What do you really ask for? You want to play on phone or you just want to gambling around? For now I think btckings is the best poker games. Btw it does not matter you do play your poker games, not from pc or your phone, both of them are the same thing, as long as you put your 2fa I believe there will be no problem here

I am interested to play poker sometimes. But whenever I visit a site, there is not much players always.
After seeing Lite's post I visited nitrogensports.eu, but unable to see how much players are online. Though I didn't signed up yet.

I also checked btckings after seeing BTCevo's post, but there is only 1 player online.

Can you guys tell me which site has more players and more active tables?

Yeah, I know btckings have less player but on their site we can always play that do not need to wait others because there is bot which they said, we can get profit from them easily. I tried once but some greediness consume some of my coin.

Anyway if you want to play with more players, you can try betcoin.ag, I believe they have much players compare to btckings but I do not know if they fix this well, cause last time I heard they got some issues to be fixed

Hope this helps.

I think blockchain based platforms will help a lot with people thinking they are scammed, simply because they are loosing players, but from what I have read up to now, there is a big problem with scalability and the amount of bets it can handle in a certain time frame. Would love to dig deeper if someone has more info on the subject.

I would try seals with clubs poker  software. It might just be called SWC now. They have been around bitcoin poker for a few years now and  to me always seemed like a reputable company. We might have a hard time finding look her clients on android or iPhone apps.m but you can play betcoin poker on smartphones i Believe.

Seals is p2p poker though right and OP is asking for video poker. OP you should just stick with p2p poker though you can actually win money long term at that game Smiley

Wow, a gambling game on telegram, and it's poker too. To be honest with every casino that has been making games for chat apps (as well as those developers that are creating games for the facebook messenger), it's quite annoying to see those things on chats. For the likes of me, I only installed those apps for the sole purpose of chatting and not really looking for casinos on there. If I wanted to gamble, a browser is accessible on a pc, mac or mobile.

I do understand your opinion.
One of my friends hates any other functions on chat app but chat.

So we keep our bots as quiet as they can.
They won't proactive send any notification that bothers you unless it is a bank-related information.

It's just another style.  Cheesy

It's still an annoying add on to any chat program, in my opinion. Well maybe everybody do no share the same opinion and you might hit a niche for people that like this. But generally, like what I've said before, if I wanted to gamble, I would open my browser and gamble on really good casinos with mobile versions than use chat bots. Good luck with your bot though.

If you want to play poker on bitcoins I would suggest you to use America's card room.

It is not a bitcoin poker site, but they accept bitcoins for withdrawals and deposits.

Once you make a deposit, the amount of bitcoins you deposited is being converted to fiat, and you are playing in fiat stakes.

I have used it several times, deposited and withdrew , all went good, and I was managed to receive my deposited funds  soon after I requested it, their support is also very helpful, I would recommend.

Havent seen one with real time money poker game using an android application only browser based poker.
But if there is I also want one. It will be easier for most of the gamer but the hacking procedure in android apps are also getting higher with just a rooted phone.
I guess it will be hard to create one project with a lot of security. So for now, better listen to the comments up there and just use your browser.

You can check out nitrogensports as they have a pretty good one and that is the most recommended one here on the forum. Minimum is 0, since you can always try their free tournaments and see if you get lucky, though be warned that thousands of players join those free tournaments for just a measly 1mbtc prize pool.

Usually gambling sites do not spend more money on any mobile platforms as the market is really small. What they do is just port it using mobile websites instead.

Yesterday night, I opened the btckings lobby and there was only one player online. Obviously no active tables.
This morning, only one active player. That does not look promising if you want to play some games. Is there a peak time to see high traffic? Maybe weekend?
Is btckings the biggest poker site accepting bitcoin?
