RNG is based on open-sourced smart contract which is deployed to the WAX blockchain - that's provide transparency to every bet. You would be able to check every poker hand or every bet by its unique id and make sure that the data wasn't substituted by RNG. This approach is common for modern blockchain-based games. I will soon give a more detailed answer about this with links. They are currently in development.
