Gardom has been good so far since their lunch, and to a good extent, we can say this casino is safe for players there have been listening and working on the various reviews of players around here and using the various feedback to enhance their services.

I ignore Trustpilot the first time I had a glance at it years ago.  Since when I saw the reviews, they look fake and unverified and there are times when I see the same kind of review with identical statements spamming on that site.   I think it is more of a business to them since they are offering modifying reviews and deleting negative feedback for some payment probably most of the negative reviews there are simply created by them.
You're right. Me too, It is not the basis or source of Trustpilot whether I should trust or not a platform. Because the first time I read reviews on them I wasn’t convinced to believe. Just like you said it's not verified or the accounts are just newly created that leave reviews, it's like they just let it go, it doesn't look good anymore. So it's better to have this forum, only here I can find and read real reviews, especially on crypto gambling sites.
Only twice or maximum 3 I have taken a look at trustpilot and it has not seemed very relevant to me, I had seen a couple of casinos that I did not know, so it led me to think of those casinos that exist but that do not have Ann thread here in the forum , and this makes me understand that there is a great risk contained, I think it is because I am used to seeing the ANN threads and trusting the reputation of those users who have previously reviewed, that gives me greater reliability which reduces the risk to being scammed, and since there are so many scammers nowadays, I prefer to use registered casinos here on the forum with your Ann.

I stopped checking review sites a long time ago as I feel most of them are manipulated or motivated by sites paying users to post a review. I would rather just pay attention to claims on this forum and go with that feedback before I play on a site.
Actually that's what we have to do to pay attention to claims on the forum is the best way for us that many people do so that we know if a casino has a problem, it can be quickly resolved or there is a problem let it go, lately we always judge here and never claim from the outside for know the reviews.

Moreover, Trustpilot has a lot of speculation, this review is good and many say it's bad, I myself no longer see it there because it can be manipulated or something like you said, indeed because I am often active in forums so I trust here more than reviews on outside the forum.
If someone doesn't know about bitcointalk then all they have is the review from trust pilot or other review sites and what if they come across a bunch of positive reviews for 1xbit that were likely bought by 1xbit? Likely gonna lose a load of money and have a negative experience.

Gamdom IMO has been a safe site to play on to this point and I haven't had issues so far.

I have seen too many proof of the fact that trustpilot also gets paid by places to look better as well. Which means that the bots that tell negative things about casinos could be managed by them, how? Well, there will be a lot of negative reviews of a place, then trustpilot will reach out to you, say that if you pay them a certain sum, then they could have their "anti-spam" bot working for you as well, basically what they are saying is "if you pay us, we will delete negative reviews" but do not say it directly like that.

This is why I believe that we shouldn't be shocked about this place having a lot of fake reviews, it means there isn't a payment made to trustpilot by gamdom and nothing more.

To me, I thought trust pilot was the most trusted review source by the time I first hear and see it but later on, when I see someone offers a review service in trust pilot, my view then change towards them. Now the only way for me to trust a review is via this forum replies because I know if who are trusted here and who is not and only tells a lie based on their replies.

One thing I dislike about trust pilot is that they are too centralized and heavily manipulated because I once try to post a genuine feedback there based on my own experience but I always get a notification that my review is deleted no matter how much I repost it. It su*ks.

Main problem is also that the most part of gambler doesn't know platform like gamblingbro and btcgosu, that's why they usually put an eye on reviews of Trustpilot, because it is the most trusted/famous reviews platform.

Maybe their staff should try to improve control and quality of feedback in way to avoid bot use.
Trustpilot wouldn't control the quality of the feedback and can't make sure there's an alt accounts since they didn't state of VPN usage, even though they mention only one user per one person. They only take a control when the feedback is share sensitive data, attacking a government etc.

It's true gamblingbro and btcgosu are hard to appeared on the first page, it's due to low SEO and didn't exist longer than the other review sites.

Trustpilot doesn't have any kind of utility, I've seen in that platform casino with excellent trust to be called "Scam" from users and casino with bad reputation like 1xBit to be called "Great casino, please come here to play".

So, I wouldn't avoid it and be careful only here to read what is the best casino for me and what is the perfect one for my playin taste.

Trustpilot can be manipulate by fake reviews and there reports that they are accepting payments to manipulate the score of the casino by deleting some valid feedbacks. We know that Trustpilot is very famous in terms of reviews since they already have a huge database of reviews which SEO usually put them at the top when someone search for casino review.

What’s the sense of being careful reading of reviews there if you can just use another trusted review site like gamblingbro and btcgosu.

Personally I will only search the project's reputation on this forum alone, TrustPilot isn't really known as a reliable source of information.

Although they are trying to remove fake reviews, I believe they have the wrong approach, because it is impossible to determine what is actually fake and what is not. A casino or some other service can easily organize a campaign and pay for a flood of fake positive reviews. In the same way, anyone can organize a coordinated smear campaign and there is no effective way to stop them.
Exactly, Truspilot is moderated and they usually manipulate the vote in favor of there clients. Bitcointalk is perfect as reference to background check the casino because of its decentralized feature and trust system. The flag system too works perfectly on fighting scam casino because the thread will show red flag warning if ever the OP of the casino thread has a flagged for running scam casino.

Lol, Trustpilot is the hotspot for casino exploiters and bonus cheaters to give there negative feedback after they are caught cheating. The number of bad reviews there is almost same ratio in different casino trust score there. That trust feedback website has no way to verify all the reviews so it’s easy for someone to post nonsensical accusation there without a solid proof. The Bitcointalk forum feedback is the most accurate because there’s e before user conclude in every accusation.

It would be great if all doubts about Gandom are cleared up
What doubts arise in gamdom? so far only 1 charge and it has been answered by gamdom via campaign manager.
I think there will always be doubts and screams of scam at every casino on this forum, maybe it's valid but it doesn't rule out just shouting complaints because they have suffered a lot of losses.

Giveaway from gamdom, get $100 it's nice right? even tought it's hard to win because compete with many users

Looking at your profile trust feedback tells me something about you, so there is little surprise that you showed up in this thread just like that.

If you have a legitimate complaint about them, then I think It would make much more sense if you added details. Of course in Trustpilot, some reviews can be genuine, others can be fake, so it's hard to know which is which.

Gamdom is still reading the forum, they just don't have access to cryptasm account. I have access to the owners if someone needed them to read something specific, but I would not just message them for something ridiculous.
It's good if that's the case, then you're there somehow who continues to observe and has direct contact with them and like this who is ready to answer that only you know. I remember that you managed their signature campaign.

As for the support team, I have nothing to say because they reply immediately and the problem is fixed quickly.
If things go well, wouldn't it be healthy if they could make another thread? and use a new user where they don't lose their keys and can offer all the benefits? It would be great if all doubts about Gandom are cleared up, having in contact with one of the most famous campaign managers on the forum gives assurance that things in the casino are going well.

It's easy to manipulate with this... I didn't open Gamdom for some time (since they shut down their signature campaign here), maybe something has changed meanwhile (I seriously doubt that) but I never had any issues with deposits or withdrawals! In my case never over $1000!

For big players and high rollers situation is different! They often get in trouble in crypto casinos... but if they are honest players the situation gets cleared!
