Sorry dude, been working on this since the moment it was posted! Have email updates for this thread, twitter notifications and everything. I figured the Greece stuff out yesterday and then once he gave ion I knew it was something in the Ionian sea, figured it started with K. it's actually still reallllly early in the morning here, just woke up for a smoke and saw the last hint and knew I could get it ;p

I was thinking maybe its in an ocean and ions are in salt water so I thought it would be the Dead Sea. But unfortunately it didn't decrypt.
