I paid out a couple applicants already, but I realized that our current method is somewhat flawed since people can sign up multiple times and just get the signup bonus so I am only going to pay people who are sending their BTCtalk username in the email as well so I can verify it on here since I recently got a flood of applicants.

Don't you think that they can also send and use the bitcointalk username that will be sent to e-mail using fake one even they are not the owner. How biased will people be, if they are rewarded to do these reviews? I would much rather pool the money and tell the people that there will be a
lucky draw for all people who participated in the review. In this way there are no guaranteed monetary reward to do these reviews and people
