The problem with this is - are you going to offer real and active users of the app? I mean not only in sign up but are they going to use the app in their everyday lives, where it is supposed to work? Or they are just bots that will increase the number of sign ups or installs but in reality, they will not be using the app? Because if they will not use the app actively, then what's the use? Showing only the number of installs? But no business is added in the long run?

2. First at all your app need to install in mobile phone, then your client will make decision to use your app or not.
