The NFT hype really is a big thing last year and maybe until now.
We've seen Axie starting the NFT hype, we've seen an NFT being sold for $69 Million Dollars, we've seen NFT arts that are getting stolen, we've seen numerous NFT as well both games and arts that are running away and rug pulling those poor investors. We've seen all the crazy thing that can happen to crypto with NFT.

Now with NFT games, I should say that make your own research before investing. I'm not disagreeing with what the OP has shared to us and I don't think that they will rug pull those investors as well but I think that its better to just focus on the most popular NFT games as of this moment like Axie, Pegaxy and even Illuvium. Own opinion though. Right now, I'm not invested into those NFT games because I'm more focused on Axie and Pegaxy. Still waiting for Illuvium, League of Ancients and Guild of Guardians for their game to be launched Smiley.
I do agree that there is a bit of hype involved even to this day. It is not as much as it used to be, it is a lot less right now and that is understandable. However, we still have some right now. Which is why finding some good ones is not that easy and it would take a long time.

I personally believe that we should not really be shocked all that much that we are not really living in a profitable part of NFT world right now, it is not as profitable as people imagine they were. So, whatever you end up buying, you need to make sure that you are doing the right thing and researching them well enough.

Nice list mate, this information add my reference about P2E which is being hype lately. P2E is becoming one of the branches that people are get some from crypto, so this is still new and I still need some time to review how long this trend will be in the future.
I think P2E brings new positive things in the world of cryptocurrencies so the peoples don't just think of getting profit from trading or staking.

I started out with Axie Infinity, but it's just not my type of a game even though it's super popular. And since i'm not in it for the game I also tend to overlook the token. However, recently I discovered Engine token which will include its ENGN token in the metaverse as the main source of currency. There are numerous use cases and possibilities for future use cases for this token I this is something that catches my attention, plus the games are AAA games.

I'm glad someone mentioned engn! I've been following them for a while now and being a guy that's mainly playing fps games, engn really got me excited. I'm really hoping the project succeeds

Well this is completely new category for me. I just love to see how digital platforms are trying pull money out of the market and peoples interest. The gaming is obviously one of the high streaming and entertainment world which youth as well as oldies stick to in their pass time. Not only this, a streamer is like having his whole life dedicated to the games.

I have no idea about how this works and how the money floats in and out but best to see new era of investment. Would be grateful if someone just highlight key investment strategies regarding this.

I stopped playing games for some reason if the product is not ready to use, CPA and PEA tokens for example (you can see it using browser), after the team has a lot of cokunitas and token price increases they migrate tokens with new smart contracts and new tokens, maintenance on games P2E is the project developer's reason to avoid increasing the bounty, I really want to play games like portable games, but I still haven't got it, Mir4 might be my next choice.

This is just ICO projects all over again. Axie runs long because it's the first mover that's all it is really.
The even bigger problem is that most of them focus on the part where people could make money by playing the game, but there is zero places that makes the games fun just to play. Like how many people would have really played axie infinity if there was no option to make money from it? At one point, people made like 20 bucks per day from it, that is 600 bucks per month and that is a lot of money for most people in the entire world. Sure, it is not big for people with jobs in big nations, but rest of the world really made as much money from it as possible.

But, it all depended on the game to keep growing and the more it grew the less need for SLP was there. All in all games itself is not entertaining and thats the biggest problem.

Ahm yeah, that was sort of my starting point in this discussion. They say Play 2 Earn is about blockchain games but it's really, really not. There is almost no concept of gameplay, there is no creativity and it's no fun.

This is why, as I said, you go into P2E communities and they are not gamers at all. They're token speculators. Same as ever before in ICO.

Gaming tokens have outperformed the rest of the crypto sector this year. Platforms like Sandbox (SAND) have taken the industry by storm, piquing the interest of seasoned crypto investors and pro gamers. Even prominent video game companies like Electronic Arts and Ubisoft have predicted that the most successful games in the future will be powered by blockchain technology, allowing players to benefit from complete ownership of in-game items.
Moreover, with the gaming metaverse taking flight, gaming crypto tokens are sprouting up rapidly, and many promising projects are getting into the game (pun intended). So, let's look at some of the most interesting up-and-coming gaming projects and tokens of 2022.
Vulcan Forged ($PYR)
Vulcan Forged is a gaming crypto project that functions as a blockchain game incubator. This community-driven initiative assists creators with the resources, technology, and funding required. The platform also boasts its own NFT marketplace and its dApp and NFT construction tools, all of which are powered by the $PYR settlement, staking, and utility token. The platform also consists of a LAVA pool where players earn LAVA tokens by participating in any Vulcan Forged-created or hosted game.
https://vulcanforged.com/

UFO Gaming ($UFO)
UFO Gaming is a gaming project focused on creating a dark metaverse, which it defines as a closed-loop of an ever-expanding ecosystem of play-to-earn (P2E) games, breedable in-game NFTs, virtual lands, and other things. It has already launched its Super Galactic game, with other games coming. The platform features a one-of-a-kind ranking system that handsomely rewards active participants with $UFO tokens. The tokens are primarily used for making transactions within its gaming universe. The platform has recently ventured into eSports by hosting its own Apex Legends Tournament and Twitch streamers Apryze and Nokokopuffs.

Citrus ($CTS)
Citrus is a gaming project that aims to speed the evolution of gaming while providing various solutions to the Blockchain world via its DeFi ecosystem, NFTs, and DApps. Using the power of crypto, Citrus is empowering multiple games with a scalable approach that will incorporate itself with various avenues. It has also launched its Clash CrushBlock, a blockchain-based play-to-earn game with added elements driven by simple simulation where players solve puzzles and convert game points to earn real $CTS tokens. Citrus also offers transparent and practical use cases, a sophisticated team, revolutionary social conscience, and a secure code audit to build the future of gaming.

Merit Circle ($MC)
Merit Circle is a new gaming project designed to maximise value creation across several games in the metaverse. It is branching the idea of a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) where members collaborate to participate in P2E games and trade NFTs to earn money collectively. $MC is the native token primarily utilised for in-game transactions, staking, and rewards. Merit Circle concentrates on the most popular games like Axie Infinity, which are frequently prohibitively expensive for novice players to enter independently. On the other hand, Merit Circle members establish subDAOs, each reflecting a different play-to-earn game. However, the mainDAO then receives contributions from all subDAOs.

Aavegotchi ($GHST)
Aavegotchi is a gaming crypto project inspired by the famous Japanese digital pet portable game Tamagotchi. The platform allows users to create and care for virtual pets and many other incredible benefits. Each Aavegotchi virtual pet is an ERC-721 non-fungible token (NFT) with a cryptocurrency stake. $GHST is Aavegotchi's governance and utility token that will be utilised to purchase digital products like avatar wearables or to vote and participate in the game's evolution. This investment structure comprises tokens acquired using the Aave DeFi lending mechanism, where players receive interest based on the tokens they invest within their Aavegotchies.

2022 Will Be a Big Year for Gaming Tokens
2022 will be a significant year for blockchain gaming, and these top 5 gaming cryptos are all set to explode. Moreover, developers from all over the world are burning the midnight oil for creating promising projects aimed at enormously benefitting crypto fans and gamers. The dream of creating a massive game environment is becoming a reality, and as organisations see this increased demand, we will undoubtedly witness a fascinating blockchain gaming arena.

Yeah, interesting article, deduction, and all in all i can say interesting choices also. But we'll see how metaverse will expand in this kind of situations, i'm not following anything, currently waiting to see how defis gonna answer and move when we have a lot of ups and downs on the market. So gonna stick around the corner and wait for a bit, like i'm waiting for the lunafi to be launched to see what will actually happened cause you can't predict anything right now.

I also heard about Lunafi really considering looking into it i heard they're making their footprint in the metaverse by bringing safe gambling and betting to metaverse. Gonna keep on eye on it for sure!

Those gaming tokens are really undervalued these days and thank you so much for the list. I know some from your list are reliable to invest but there is a project from your list that is not reliable to invest right now. UFO was decreasing a lot from billions marketcap to the hundreds millions of marketcap. I think from this drop we can know that if the fundamental of UFO is so weak compared with the rest in your list.
These days there are so many gaming tokens available in the market even those big gaming tokens like axie and decentraland already dumped to the bottom due to the bitcoin bearish trend
I think that investing in these kind of tokens will worth for long term. We must learn from mana and axs
You couldnt really say that it was undervalued because no one would ever know on how these coins/tokens would ending up no matter how good it is because it would really vary on the demand.

If these things cant be seen forward then expect that it would surely fail but it isnt bad to consider on choosing one of the list.I havent seen or checked them though but for sure there is one
would really be worth to invest on but well it is just a matter of risk taking whether you do buy or  hold it.

$SHOO is my favourite gaming token, it's used in NFTshootout as a utility token to buy in-game NFT's! I think that the price of $SHOO will rocket in the 2022 due to the release of the full game, it's in early beta right now and is making a lot of noise. They sold out on their 20K NFT collection and already started staking. It's a very good investment in my eyes because of how much potential the game has, the team fill me with confidence from their constant building and transparency! NFTshootout has a very strong, active community that are in it for the long run and I'm happy to be apart of it.

if you are a F2P player you should know that devs of the games trying to make profit so without these P2W games their projects won't last long. And also, loot boxes, gatcha roll, and other advantage of the games that can only be purchased though you can take it if you are a F2P player but there's a requirement before you get it that's why buying or paying it is an advantage to most players.

I rarely see an NFT games that focused more on the game than making a game for quick profit just because of the hype. They aren't planning their game to last long I guess but some of them managed to run long like Axie.
That's kinda the whole point of the entire discussion I started, that there really is no NFT game that focuss on the game. Everyone's jumping on for the hype and because devs think they can make quick money like everyone else. Why else are NFT games coming up in weeks, if not days, and from projects who used to be nothing to do with games?

This is just ICO projects all over again. Axie runs long because it's the first mover that's all it is really.

I added and suggested another Axie infity that went viral and made Thailand the world's top metamask user country in 2021, sand is also a good one, for that network.
Axie Infinity hits in the gaming industry, not only did it go viral in Thailand but in most countries. And for now that most of the gaming sites offering a Play-to-Money strategy, I believe these gaming tokens will grow more. Might what OP had presented are good and reliable gaming tokens, however, we can't assume that it went viral in the future. Expect for another sets of gaming tokens discovery that could changed the trend and these token that we have known today will possibly losses its value.

I feel like Crypto gaming industry is still way undervalued and has a huge potential to grow from here. I'm mostly looking into gaming tokens and came across this token called $ENGN which makes game development way easier on the blockchain by helping implement non blockchain programs into blockchain with blockchain features such as P2E, P2P and encrypted servers. Which is really bullish in my opinion if you think about getting mainstream games on the blockchain definitely a worthy to keep an eye on only matter of time.
Never heard but I will check that ENGN later.
I mostly invest in the gaming platform today because I can see a lot of future within it. I think what matters is the team behind it. I prefer teams that have a background about what they are doing especially the popular ones. Like EA, Square, Gameloft, Ubisoft. Those names havent created a game yet that will be injected by NFT or whatever that adds cryptocurrencies in it. I guess they are still diving at how it could be done in perfection.
*although I heard Ubisoft is near launching their own.

Vulcan Forged ($PYR)

<...................>

I have no idea about other coins, but I am a proud investor and holder of pyr. I am not the biggest investor. I invested $130 and bought 110 coins. I have held it since its beginning. It has already surpassed 44x since I invested, but it is now dipping. It is still multiplied by ten from my initial entry.Honestly speaking, I didn't imagine this would perform like this, but I have a strong feeling that it will perform a little well, which gives me a little profit, but when I saw its beginning performance, I decided to hold it for the long term.
its best investment ever in metaverse side, alot competitor outside but the developtment as not massive like vulcanforged do. their partnership was very good, alot metaverse project join in their blockchain. i am belive when mainnet started and S & P 600 partner announced it will skyrocket . so far project developtment and community still solid and believe and back to ATH was possibility to PYR.

Are the guys behind ENGN the ones integrating P2E and challenge pay events? Friend was telling me about some project like that but I'm not sure if I remembered that right.
