I wonder how someone could possibly be scammed by this? WTF would the OP do to actually convince someone to send money to him/her?
Biggest red flag: in romania
There are million ways to scam someone.
They could show him the gas station perhaps the OP's friend simply takes care of the gas station, so a site visit won't be a problem, forging papers is easy in US and this is Romania we're talking about. But the biggest lie / red flag is that the OP states it's a 'Gas Station' that is being sold. Which is kinda impossible. You can't sell a gas station you can sell the property that was ONCE a gas station. Gas stations can't change hands if it's not emptied and a new license is not made in the name of the new owner.
Otherwise it's basically a very big empty Jerry Can.
