Well we will need to see a block explorer to get a better picture but let's be conservative and say OP mined 1/3 of the first 100 blocks. I'd be shocked if the total PoW coins breaks 2 million.

Now we are looking at only a 8.4% of total coins when you add instamine + premine.

All the dev needs to do is explain how it benefits his project to have such a large instamine.

It's pretty simple, he created the block reward structure for a reason and shouldn't have a problem explaining it.

I have 5 GPU's and mined a few blocks solo. As for me mining is not
only a game to rent gigahashes, put them on a pool and then dump
mined coins on a first exchange.

2 million PoW coins by the end is a pretty good guess, so I would say it is safe to assume dev will end up with 369000/2000000 = 18.45% of the total coins!

With 300k instamine and 70k premine, you can destroy so many pow blocks it's beyond comprehension why they set it up like this for anything other than a scam coin.
Also, 1M coins are found towards the last 25% of pow. This is when the most pow blocks will be destroyed via staking.

I'm going to say 1.5M coins by end of pow.
This makes the instamine 20% and the pm 4%.
