I'm interested in the Dualminer, 1st one and maybe 5 more later on. BUT where are you located, which country? Have you done group buys before? How much will you earn on each dualminer and how much will you sell them for?

There have been a glut of U1s on the market. And I believe we can still get them. The gridseed stuff is new and interesting. I'm more interested in the single chip versions since they have a friendlier for factor

Looks like people prefers DualMiner instead of  U1 for this group buy...

U1         [][][][][]                  9 (18%)
DualMiner[][][][][][][][][][][][] 41  (82%)

So next poll, 5 chip DM or 1 chip DM?

Depending on the price I would take ~10 from dual miners. Where will you ship from ?

Considering the USB version, it doesnt seem very feasible really. It would take about 30 of these to be the equivalent hash power of one GPU rig. Whilst the power saving would be good, the sheer numbers involved in building any decent amount of hash power would be crazy, and about twice the outlay at current likely prices. It might be good for selling on ebay but this unit is just too small to be of real use.

Perhaps you should concentrate on getting hold of a more powerful unit.

Nice video, but its not "this one is for bitcoin and this one is for litecoin", everything is on the QFN Greedseed chip, the smaller one with no external pins. Smiley
Yeah, the bigger chip is an FTDI USB Bridge. The mining is all done on a single chip. Nice video.

I'm currently having problems getting the btc part of the dual miner working. I've messaged dualminer and hope to get an answer from them.

Thanks
